Update: After reading reviews, it seems like staff may be writing the 5 star reviews. There are plenty of reviews claiming this is scammy, buyer beware. Extremely pressuring sales staff. I sat on the phone with an individual (maybe a Chris?) for over 10 minutes, absolutely would not take no for an answer. Not in a sales hustle way, but in a blatantly; I don't think you're educated enough to make your own decision, way. Completely ruthless and inappropriate. Management should invest heavy efforts upon their staff to teach them to be personable, because that is a huge factor into making a sale.

I recently spoke with Robin with your company. I wanted to take a minute to compliment her on showing such professionalism. She showed concern and care in helping to resolve my issues. From the beginning to end she was engaged throughout the call. What stood out most was her skills, empathy, and willingness to find a solution to my concern. I will most certainly tell others about Omega Auto Care because of the care and compassion this representative has shown today.

I purchased a vehicle warranty expecting reliable support in case of major repairs. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The engine failed during the first incident, and the vehicle remained in the shop for over 3 months. After that, the car only functioned for about 4 months before breaking down again, due to a defective replacement engine provided during the repair. It has now been in the shop from November to April with no resolution. In total, I have owned the vehicle for approximately 16 months, and about half of that time (around 8 months) it has been out of service. A significant portion of this downtime has been due to the lack of timely action, follow-up, and coordination from the warranty provider and supplier. Communication and customer service have also been very poor. It has been difficult to get clear updates, responses are inconsistent, and interactions over the phone have often felt unprofessional and unhelpful. While the warranty has only covered a small portion of the rental vehicle expenses, the situation remains unresolved and has caused significant inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend carefully evaluating this type of coverage before purchasing. Reliable communication and timely support are critical, and unfortunately, that has not been the case here.

0 star for this I had a very disappointing experience with Omega Auto Care. After they found out my vehicle had a salvage title, they told me they could not cover it and that my policy had to be canceled. They promised that I would receive a refund, but despite waiting and making multiple phone calls, I have never received it. What made the experience even worse is that they eventually stopped returning my calls and never provided an update about my refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to do business with them, make sure you get everything in writing and keep records of all your communications. Please people read the reviews first before going with them they scammers

I was assisted by Robin. Who was extremely helpful, warm and friendly. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the services offered by my plan. Even though my plan covered every none of the repairs my car required. She explained what was covered, in a professional yet professional manner. That left me feeling better about what I was going through. Robin’s assistant made my day better.

Worst decision I made was paying for this warranty. It has been a nightmare experience dealing with them on two separate occasions. Please do not waste your money. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY KNOWS THEY’RE; Dealerships and repair shops not accepting any business from Omega because they do not pay out on claims. But they are telling customers it’s accepted. So that leaves you struggling to find someone to accept them to have your repairs done during an already frustrating time!

My first experience for making a claim with Omega Auto Care was very satisfying and pleasant with Robin’s assistance. She was patient and very responsive in my need to cover cost for my car’s repairs. She made the process very pleasant.
