As a new service advisor in my position, Ian has been the absolute best extended warranty adjuster I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped me get what I needed approved, and has incredible energy and vibes the whole time on the phone! I ended that phone call feeling like I just made a new friend and will be asking for him again!
Thank you, Omega, for your Services. I did not have the Service people call you to get the discount. I turned it in with a Picture of my invoice. It took me a while to figure out how to get reimbursed. Omega was very informative and helped me get paid. I'm going to go a different route and have the service people.Call first so much easier. I had a different auto care a couple of years ago. They did not offer anything near what omega does. I'm very happy with this company and their communication.
Do not go with them. They’re all a bunch of scammers. I got a scam call and answered it and then found out they do not even cover the items. I was already on the phone with my bank to cancel the payment and then they said they couldn’t cancel my payment. Even though I never authorize them to charge the card it was my husband’s card so they were not authorized to charge it because I was on the phone with them, not him.
I spoke with Fanisha at Omega Auto Care and she was awesome to work with. She broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush through the process. You can tell she knows her stuff and really cares about helping people. Great customer service all around!
I had the pleasure of working with Ian today. It was my first time submitting a claim through Omega. Ian went above and beyond my expectations, getting a claim approved for me. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the process as smooth as could be. If I could work directly with him on every claim approval I need, it would be fantastic. 10/10 experience!!!

Stay away from this company.2 years paying. When something happen to the car I paid everything, cause I needed the car. They would take 2 week to send some one to check the car. Then I decide to cancelled my memebership. I sent the letter of cancellation; 30 days later I got charged again. Called them and they said that they change the P.O. Box, they did not inform the customers about the changes to the P.O. Box provided in the protección policy. (Money already charged)now they give me another P.O. Box and I asked me to send the letter again. when I ask them abiut the money charged already they said is another department; Then they give me another number and when I called they are not working they give their employees off in a Wednesday (April 21) super shady company.
I had an excellent experience with Omega Auto Care, thanks to Amy. She made the reimbursement process for my oil change incredibly simple and fast. While my vehicle was still in the shop, Amy took care of everything. Her team coordinated directly with the service center and the shop was paid over the phone they finished my oil change. I appreciate stress free things like that. It’s rare to find customer service this smooth and responsive these days. Thank you for making it such an easy experience.
I received a cold call from these people, and a salesman comes on the line and tells me what they could do for me, and I questioned who they were first of all, and then where they were based out of. I said I had a review something in my hand so I needed some paperwork -and they just hung up on me.
