First time contacting this Company for a Claim. I Was lucky enough to Get Ian who was absolutely wonderful, Extremely knowledgeable, Personable, and easy to converse with. he was able to get my claim handled Very quickly and Laid everything out in a way that even a kindergartner would be able to understand. Hands down best warranty claim call I’ve ever been on.
I called to inquire about services you offer on behalf of my elderly aunt. I spoke with Robin. She was super friendly and really knowledgable. You don’t always find good customer service like that these days. I hope I get her again if I call back!
Very helpful and very polite and very respectful to me am happy that choose omega auto care I would recommend anyone to this company.
I purchased a used vehicle from a Chevy dealership, and purchased the "extra" warranty (Omega) to protect my investment. Around 3,000 miles after purchase, the Vacuum pump went out(an item not covered by the warranty). It took out other engine components(covered by warranty in writing)when it let go. Upon review from Omega(aka CC warranty, aka Express pay as you go), they determined to not cover any of the repairs...even the repairs of components covered by their warranty. Do not believe the reviews posted about how great they are. Those reviews are a fallacy compared to the reality of how they do their business.
This company employs call centers to make high-pressure, condescending spam calls, and based on that alone, I'm sure their service is garbage. The first representative tried to convince me that they were calling on behalf of Toyota, then the second said that I asked for the information when I bought my car from Corwin Toyota 9 years ago. When I wasn't buying it, the caller mocked me for having a 9 year old car and mocked the value of my house. But hey, at least he wasted 10 minutes with me instead of scamming someone else. I don't care how good or bad the service is... I'd never pay for services from people who employ that kind of schmuck.

He guided me through the entire process with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that all necessary steps were taken to expedite the claim. His dedication to customer service truly stood out, and it's evident that he takes pride in his work. Thanks to Ian, what could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and efficiently. I genuinely appreciate his assistance and look forward to working with him again in the future.
Ian went above and beyond expectations today getting a claim approved for a mutual customer of ours. He was very friendly and up beat, an absolute joy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and familiar with the product and made the process as smooth as could be. I would most definitely recommend this warranty to a friend or family member. 10/10 experience!!!
Their services are easy to use—as long as you take the time to read your contract and call with any questions. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been eager to help and patient in making sure I fully understand my coverage and it’s also when I discovers their home policies too. Omega came highly recommended by friends of friends, and we’ve been happy with the service so far.
I had a negative experience with Omega claim department until Robin took my case yesterday. After 3 months delay, Robin was able to resolve my issue with 1 day. Her customer efficiency and orientation was highly impressive, as well as appreciative by me. Highly recommended Omega uses Robin’s customer gold standard to improve their team. Robin has saved the day for Omega as I was getting ready to cancel my contract.
Do not use this company! They aggravate you to death to take out a warranty but want you to write a letter and mail it in to cancel it. Extremely rude people as well!
