In the process of filing a lawsuit against them and Premier Auto Protect the bs company that sold the policy. They do not honor what they say nor do they send out a letter claiming why they deny service.They do not return calls and the wait times are ridiculous with no answer at all.
I have 2018 Dodge Ram with the 5.7 hemi where the exhaust manifold warped causing two bolts to break resulting in an exhaust leak. I have been trying for almost a month with the service department at the dealership to get this covered as the coverage very clearly states exhaust manifolds are covered. However, they are slow walking the claim and denied it stating it was the bolts which are not covered. It's very clear a warped manifold that broke the bolts. We have tried to escalate it and they will not return calls even though we have videos and pictures. Horrible service so do yourself a favor and go with someone else for an extended warranty.
I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the agent I spoke with. She was upbeat with a smile in her voice. I would and will recommend Omega to all friends and family.

Let me say this I started my warranty on January 2, 2025 and my other warranty expired on January 18, 2025. I didn’t know that my transmission was going to go out. I would have kept the warranty I had previously if I knew this was going to happen. I took my car to Lincoln and again no issues at all before the warranty expired. I had no signs when my transmission went out. I called and spoke to Luke Wilson and he had his supervisor to called and stated his name was Nick P. No last name was giving to me. I was only denied because of 60 miles was missing. Lincoln is paying 65% of the cost and Omega does not want to pay anything not even 5% .. just terrible from this company..

If you’re dealing with Omega Auto Care, I highly recommend asking for Fanisha. She made what could have been a stressful process simple, smooth, and even enjoyable. 10/10 experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Samantha B! The team is professional, honest, and truly cares about doing the job right. I brought my car in for oil change, and they walked me through the maintenance program process!
Not impressed. They say “free oil change” when in fact it isn’t free. They only pay so much toward an oil change. I can’t wait to see how much my repair bill is paid by them for my brakes I am having fixed next week???? Not to mention we called them from the shop to pay for my “ free oil change” and it took over an hour to get them on the phone.
