When the dealer I work for started using Omega, it was hour+ hold times to make claims. The last couple months it has been 1 minute or less to get through to someone. Cameron Russell helped me out a ton on the last claim yesterday/today, so glad for such a helpful adjuster and such an easy process!

I called and spoke with Robin who was an absolute pleasure. She was so knowledgeable about the coverage that Omega offers. Robin was excellent and I enjoyed my conversation. Everyone needs a Robin for customer service when they call these days .

Great experience working with Ian on a recent claim. Walked me through everything, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Will definitely recommend Omega to clients at our shop.

My customer support experience was by far the best that I have gotten in with any company. My customer agent made sure I was helped out with everything I inquired about and at the end of the call that is what happened. They also made sure to follow up and a few days to make sure that everything is in order. By far the best.

I am very upset with this company and I feel robbed or deceived; because when they sell us this plan, the salesperson is very polite and helpful, but when you need it to cover some maintenance on your vehicle, they forget everything as it was in the beginning, when you request it, they treat you badly, they leave you waiting for days, and after they perhaps decide to approve the repair, they pay a ridiculous amount, for example the repair of my vehicle that the total value is more than 3k$ and they pay less than 300$, that is, I pay the monthly fee plus the 100$ deductible, that is, they do not reimburse almost anything, I was unlucky that my car broke down after a few months of subscription, imagine for people who pay for months or years and then need it and realize that they were deceived; also for the oil change, they reimburse you at most 55$, but I have been waiting for 2 weeks and until now they have not paid me! I am editing my review, and making my disappointment with this company very clear here, and I will also post the screenshots of the initial conversation with the seller promising me that he would cover everything 100%; in other words, to sell you and deceive you they do everything

This company is trash be very very careful with this company if you read the reviews you will see their five star reviews are coming from their own employees that's how dumb they are you can tell that they're not from customers. they don't send out paperwork I didn't authorize anything involving this company they're still trying to take money from me I have received no paperwork on any auto warranty they give you the 30 days to review the policy for you agree to anything they never sent me any paperwork they won't give me my $100 back they violated every terms of their contract it's day for far away from this company they are trash there's a reason why they'll never tell you who they're with when you call anytime a company hides their name it shows you how they do business stay away from this company it's been a year and I'm still dealing with bogus charges that are appearing on my credit card I've had to fight every one of them stay away please read the reviews they don't like to pay for things that are done to vehicles they were willing to get a negative review then give me my hundred dollars back for not sending me any paperwork stay away!

I’ve read some of the reviews on this place and it’s typical that they would blame a third party service for wrongfully representing their company. This is how the process works. You simply do research on extended warranties and when you put your phone number down you may as well call and get your number changed asap. It’s then sold and bounced back and forth to hundreds of these third party people who triage people for company’s such as omega and they transfer the call to them and all they have to do is close the sale. And they will do so by spewing every lie and beat around every bush that they can to get you to say yes.. they dance around questions without answering them and make you feel as though you’re retarded for even asking them questions because they just told you you’ll get an email and hard copy of the policy. So for omega to blame someone else for their less than professional behavior is bogus. There are hundreds of these fly by night company’s who only seek out to get your money. I went through the entire process of signing up and if they can’t close a sale then they simply just hang up on you. Most of these company’s are scammy or they are legit but never follow through with their end of the agreement and cover your vehicle if it breaks so you’re literally just taking your money and throwing it into a fire pit. I’d ignore all these good reviews (which you can totally tell they fabricated) likely having friends and family write reviews to make them seem like a great company. You’re fooling no one. Luckily the chickens always come home to roost. You can’t do wrong and be wrong and continue to operate and be profitable with no issues. Your luck will eventually run out until you jump on the band wagon with others creating new ways to bleed innocent people dry of their money instead of putting your time toward something that could make a positive impact on the world which you will never do because it requires actual hard work and no easy roads. Shame shame shame on you

So I bought a truck 8 months ago and I payed for the extended warranty on the truck. The trucks sits how I bought it 5 months after owning the truck I lost the transmission took it to the shop and now there saying there not coving the truck cause it is lifted even tho that is how I bought the truck. They refuse to give me my money back. ( they didn’t have a problem with the lift when they covered it) And there I go isn’t even correct there saying it has a 8” lift and it’s a 6” lift and I know that cause the original owner left the paperwork in the console This group is a bunch of lying thief’s do NOT use this company they will take ur money and not live up to there word they are very unprofessional. They will leave u on hold for hrs then when someone does answer its not even omega it’s there sister account and they have no way of access your account so once again ur on hold for hrs. This is the most shot out scheme I have ever seen. And it should be illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TRASH

Thankful for the conversation I had with Robin. She was very knowledgeable and showed patience in answering all my questions concerning your product. Excellent customer service is hard to find in today’s society.

This company is true to what it describes on the phone call to you. I felt so obligated to buy it and wasn’t really able to say no or get a word in. I don’t know who can afford an extra $174 a month especially a single mom on top of car payment and car insurance. They promised reimbursements and they never reimbursed me for my oil change even though it was within range of the refund. if you have the extra money go for it.
