Omega auto care is hands down the best warranty company that I’ve dealt with! As long as you do your part as the vehicle owner they cover what they’re supposed to! I’ve spoken with Samantha several times about different claims and she’s always been polite and extremely helpful !

Such a great company! I was recommended Omega Auto Care by a friend and since then I have enjoyed my partnership with them. I recommend them to my friends when I get the chance because the service is great with a lot of benefits. Definitely will be keeping my services with them for years to come.
These guys are absolute scams. They will send you a letter claiming to be the official extended warranty of whatever car you have. They promise to pay for whatever issues arise with your car, maintenance, any mechanical issues and then after you’ve forked over thousands they will deny your claims. They will also put you on hold for hours and their agents are disrespectful as hell too. They will insult you and get smart with you when you try to cancel their policy and they won’t even cancel it! I had to call my bank to cancel it. I will also be leaving a review on better business bureau. These guys prey on the elderly and naive.
Called to open a claim for one of my customers. Spoke to Ian. Ian is very helpful, very professional and cares for his customers. Great service and hope they hold on to him for a long time because his customer service skills are an asset to the industry.
Just had someone call me about my car warranty. Had my old address and everything thing. Said they sent a policy there, asked if I could get one sent to my current address. Said it will be there in a couple days. Wanted me to pay today. Told him I would when I can view the policy. Just said have a nice day and hung up when I had other questions. That experience alone, not trusting this place lol better luck next time. Yall be caution of these people.
I’m leaving this review solely based on my experience working with Samantha B. during our time in the military. She was always professional, reliable, and went above and beyond in everything she did. Since then, I’ve heard nothing but great things about her work ethic, especially in customer service, and about the company she’s with. It’s clear they’re doing things right.
My mom and I had a bunch of questions about the coverage she paid for. Sam G. explained everything in a way that not only I understand, but also my 71 year old mom did as well! Thanks for the great service!
