Absolutely zero issues. Thank you guys for making things super easy. Package arrived in 5 days from New Jersey to Washington state. I cannot complain at all.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst experience ever, they will lie to you over and over. They almost lost our shipment I has to find then to be told I was going to be charged to fix a mistake that was 100% freightptos's fault. This company should have a class action suit brought against them and put out of business. Please do not use them. Would rate zero stars if possible.
Janeth was by my side as I worked thru my first LTL freight order. I was sending costly goods and concerned about safe delivery. I had many questions but Janeth walked me thru all of them. She was very reassuring.
Jordan at Freight Pros is a true blessing. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Without Freight we will be lost.
Freight Pro's is as good as the agent that is responsible for your account. Andy Bond gets 5 starts. Since his transfer to a different division, we do not see Frt Pro's winning any of our business. So its all about people, and their teams. Not everyone is a star.
Great experience. Good value. They spoke with my customer in a timely manner and scheduled the pickup, which went as planned. The shipment was made with no damages at the other end. I'm a happy customer!
These guys are a waste of time. They have no idea what they are doing. If you work on freight for a living you should know what a cylinder is if you have a photo staring at you. Quotes take several days and who knows if they are right or not. Get ready to get charges on the back end if you use these people.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company , Used them 1 time and the company they picked destroyed my item. Then they requested a bunch of info to file the claim, drug their feet for a week, wasted more of my time then told me i have to turn all that in direct to freight co. And fill out more forms. So all the time i spent back and fourth with them getting them info was POINTLESS.. Lawsuit in progress, STAY AWAY
The customer service from FreightPros is bar none. If you do any kind of shipping they should definitely be on your list of brokers.
