Nexus Auto Transport

We had a great experience with Nexus Auto Transport shipping my daughter’s Jeep Renegade from Philadelphia to Tempe. From the very first call, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, and the pricing was straightforward with no surprises. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on schedule and arrived in excellent condition. This was our first time shipping a car cross-country, and Nexus made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto transport services.

My delivery was delayed a total of 4 times!! I rarely write reviews as you can see in my profile but this situation was exceptionally bad. My car was being shipped from Raleigh NC to LA. The first delay was during the pickup. The driver that was subcontracted through another company didn’t know the correct vehicle I was shipping and thought I was shipping an Audi Q5 which is a completely different then my actual car which is a KIA. Driver no showed the first day Thursday march 19th And was late the second day, showing up at 11:08 pm! Close to midnight. Driver also wanted to pickup my vehicle in a location almost a mile from my home and parked the trailer precariously in a median. I could've been side swiped by incoming traffic at any moment. I told the driver that there’s free empty public parking lots to meet at BEFOREHAND. This could’ve been avoided if he listened. The delivery date at the earliest was March 23rd however my car was not delivered until March 27th. Which is 3 days late! The reason for the extra delays on delivery was that after my car was being shipped one of the car transport trailers was stopped by San Diego police for drug trafficking. Neither Nexus Auto or Khan Transport was communicative. I had to call everyday to get this information. Since theres no tracking information online. I explained this situation multiple times to Nexus Customer service and management team and Nexus said that this would be covered under there $200,000 vehicle insurance policy. When I tried use their vehicle insurance they said that vehicles delivery was “technically on time” which is categorically a lie. With written proof. The manager did send me a 100 dollar restaurant gift card. Thats virtually unusable because it still required out of pocket restaurant purchases to use it. If they offered better communication and compensation for the massive delays and putting my safety in jeopardy I would not be writing this right now. But instead they left me no choice. I will never use this car transport company and I will never recommend them to anyone. It was a stressful situation from top to bottom.

They worked directly with our representatives to coordinate the pickup, successfully navigated Houston traffic, and delivered the vehicle on-time to our home. Nexus has made the new driver in our family very happy!

Nexus Auto Transportation, delivered my vehicle from Atlanta, GA to the Dallas, TX area fast and timely. The price was very reasonable. Everyone on their transportation team did an outstanding job. During the process of trying to get my vehicle from Georgia to Texas , I came in contact with other transportation companies and I quickly learned there are some not so honest transportation company out there. So, after being disappointed several times by these different transportation companies, Nexus Auto Transportation came through for me and my family on a very short notice. I would definitely refer this transportation company to others who are looking for a good and honest transportation company.

What started out as a very rockey experience turned into a superb customer service, the like of which I've rarely experienced. If you've never completed a car shipping before, so be warned that there may be a negotiation on price for whatever you sign if you want it faster/within the timeframe you signed for. This is not the shippers fault, as they are simply working with the trucking market and what they charge. Due to this, I had a rockey start with the company and difficulty communicating on the same page with both the booking and sales department of Nexus. However, when I was adamant about my issues and not budging on the price agreed to, Nexus was more than fair in keeping their word. Providing me with even better service than I could have imagined. The driver was excellent, kept great care of my car, and he was nothing but professional and efficient on both pick up and drop off. Everything went off without a hitch once the driver was deployed. Businesses can often be shady, and while it seemed that Nexus was heading in this direction, I'll be sure that they addressed every concern I had and went above and beyond what was needed to address my concerns. I will be using them again if I ever need it. It's rare to find companies that are actually willing to retain customers by providing exceptional service even when they don't need to. That was my experience with Nexus.

We recently had our 2007 Hummer H3 transported through Nexus Auto Transportation, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everything went exactly as planned—the timing was perfect, and there were no delays or surprises along the way. We were actually driving to Las Vegas and Phoenix from Michigan when our truck broke down Just passed Albuquerque New Mexico. We had considered having it towed to Albuquerque, but then I was unsure of what to do after we got there. After doing some thinking I decided to see how much it would cost to transport the vehicle straight to Phoenix, where my son was moving. We were in a very tough spot and they pick our car up within 24 hours and delivered it right on time. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They kept us informed and handled our vehicle with great care. On our way back to Phoenix from Vegas I got a message from them stating they’ll be there at 10:50 am meaning Phoenix to my surprise they got there Within 10 minutes of us arriving. It was perfect timing the gentleman who drove the transport semi Was very friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would absolutely use Nexus Auto Transportation again in the future. Highly recommend!

I assisted a friend with transporting her new vehicle purchase from another state. First time using an auto transport company and Nexus Auto Transport really delivered !! From the first contact with so many questions , William Sovereign set my mind at ease and took control for the delivery. Answering questions and assisting my elder friend keeping her comfortable and fully informed. When questions did arise, Aleksandr Copelli was quick and helpful to respond if William was unavailable. Once the auto was picked up driver Borden kept us informed along the route as well as Edson Hernandez, dispatch coordinator. At last minute we made a change in location for delivery as we are pretty remote and wanted driver to be able to unload and conveniently get back to his route, so we chose a business location with large parking lot next to highway rather then door to door house delivery, entire team was excellent in communication and flexible. I will most definitely use Nexus Auto Delivery again in future and Highly Suggest them for any transport needs you might have. I would give 100 stars if available! I got tons of quotes from different shipping services but went with Nexus because they had actual people you could talk to and they gave me a pickup and drop off guaranteed date. It almost went haywire when the carrier said they couldn’t honor the promised date and instead wanted to pickup and deliver two days later which wouldn’t have worked since I was heading out of town. I voiced my concerns to Matteo at Nexus and he came through with a carrier that was available to pickup within one hour (cutting it a bit tight on the notice but it worked out) and the car showed up the next day, beating the original promised delivery by two days. I was bracing myself for a big hassle and instead it worked out even better than originally hoped. Very pleased with my overall experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently used Nexus Auto Transport to have a 2025 Chevy Tahoe shipped from Michigan to Massachusetts, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, with excellent communication throughout the process and great attention to detail every step of the way. The vehicle arrived exactly as expected, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other transport companies I considered. It's rare to find a company that delivers on everything they promise, but Nexus did exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle transportation and will absolutely use them again in the future.
