Nexus Auto Transport

We had a great experience with Nexus! They were attentive, were very responsive to all of our questions, and helped us coordinate arrival dates really seamlessly. I compared prices with some other top transport companies, but they had the best price and by far the best service. Super convenient, totally recommend using this company!

This is my second time using Nexus auto transport. Everything went smooth and flawless, and timely too. Price was also very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will def use Nexus auto transport again in the future!

I booked my travel with Nexus Auto Transport mid-April 2026, with a pickup for mid-May 2026. They guaranteed a 2 day pickup window (Sunday-Monday) and a particular price which was agreed upon, with a 20% deposit paid immediately via credit card. I called the Tuesday-Friday beforehand to understand timing of pickup, and they told me drivers are only scheduled 24 hours in advance. I called the day before twice to understand pickup timing, and was just told they were still assigning the driver but I was guaranteed a pickup by EOD Monday. I also informed the team that I had an overnight flight on Monday since I was guaranteed pickup and I would no longer be in Arizona, which they took note and acknowledged the pickup would be successful. Sunday came and I called 3-4 times and was told they were still scheduling the driver and would not give me more info. However, when my fiancé (male) got on the phone with dispatch, they shared that Sunday was not typically a pickup day and it would most likely be Monday pickup, which was frustrating that they allowed me to schedule the pickup for a Sunday. Monday came and I called 6-7 times with no response other than they were trying to assign drivers but I would have a pickup by end of day Monday. However, when my father called to shine light on the situation, the team shared that there was a shortage of drivers and were struggling to find a driver for the originally agreed upon price back in April since gas prices increased (then why schedule before if the 3rd party can charge whatever they want?). At this point it was Monday night at 7pm AZ time and I came to the conclusion that my car was not being picked up. I luckily had close friends I could ask to help with the situation and did not get the car picked up until that Wednesday when I was forced to pay an additional $500 (an additional 25%). Terrible experience, terrible customer service, would pay to not have used them at this point. Negative stars.

Nexus was amazing. I needed my car shipped within 48-72hrs and the agent made it happen. I got a call from the agent within 2hrs of making my submission. The driver was also highly communicative and got my car from WA to Austin, TX within 4 days.

Great customer service they honor their price. The Driver was professional and accessible. Flawless from pick up in Maryland to delivery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Highly recommended !

I had a very frustrating experience with Nexus Auto Transport, mainly due to poor communication, lack of follow-up, and what felt like a last minute price change after I had already agreed to a quote. I understand that auto transport can be unpredictable, especially when the pickup location is a little out of the way. I was reasonable about that from the beginning. I made it clear that I did not need the vehicle picked up urgently, and I was flexible on timing as long as I was given clear communication and at least a day or two of notice so the person at the pickup location could be available to open the property and make the vehicle accessible. The main thing I asked for was communication. Whether they had a driver or did not have a driver, I simply wanted to be kept in the loop. Instead, I went days without updates and had to call multiple times just to find out what was happening. Each time, I had to repeat that I needed advance notice and clear communication. Then, after all of that, I received a random call in the middle of the workday saying they had found a driver for that same day, with little to no notice, and the price was almost $700 higher than the quote I had already approved. I was already paying close to $2,000, so being told last minute that it would cost several hundred dollars more was completely unacceptable. To be clear, I was willing to discuss pricing and possibly negotiate if needed. I understand that circumstances can change. But I was not willing to accept a several hundred dollar increase with no real notice, especially after I had already explained my scheduling needs multiple times and had been told the quote was firm. What made the experience worse is that after I expressed how unacceptable this was, there was no meaningful follow-up. They essentially dropped communication altogether. I have not received a follow-up call, and despite me calling back, I have been left to figure it out on my own and find another company. That is exactly the communication problem I was trying to avoid from the start. The issue was not just the difficulty finding a driver. I understand that part can happen. The issue was the lack of proactive communication, the lack of professionalism, the failure to follow the instructions I clearly provided, the sudden increase in price, and then being left with no follow-up after a negative experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Nexus Auto Transport if communication, transparency, and reliability matter to you.

Nexus did an incredible job of connecting me with a safe, reliable and friendly transport of my car from Florida to northern New England. Mine was a last minute transport as another company (who I will not name) went AWOL and did not follow up as scheduled. I found Nexus and they returned all calls, immediately found me a driver and my car was soon on its way north. The driver kept in regular contact with me and my car arrived a day earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Great work!

Outstanding Service from Coast to Coast! Nexus recently transported my SUV from Washington DC to Seattle. The Agent (Mazie) did an outstanding job scheduling the pickup with such a short notice. The vehicle was pickup and delivered on time as scheduled. The transport driver (Vlad) was super! He kept me informed of the delivery throughout the transport. ***** Great Job Nexus *****

Scheduling was simple and very helpful. Communication with company, dispatcher and driver was great. Driver showed up to pick up vehicle when promised, and delivery was on time and issue free, with great communication through entire process.

Nexus was excellent from start to finish. All questions and concerns were handled promptly and professionally. The original agent that helped me, Emma, was particularly outstanding and the subsequent folks that helped me were equally competent. I see why you have such good ratings...you earned them.
