The website estimated delivery would take 4–6 days, but my vehicle actually arrived in only 2 days from Virginia to Texas. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the experience stress-free. My car arrived in perfect condition, and I appreciated being able to pack up to 100 pounds of personal belongings inside. Everything was still there when the vehicle was delivered. Overall, I had a great experience with Nexus and would absolutely use them again for any future moves.

I recently purchased a car in Arizona that I needed to have shipped to me in Portland, OR. I came across Nexus Auto transport and saw lots of positive reviews so decided to give them a try. I had a great experience. They communicated with me very well. Gave me an accurate quote that didn’t change upon delivery. They answered all of my questions. The driver that delivered my truck was GREAT! He even got it there a day early!! Price seems very fair and competitive. I would 100% use them again or recommend them to someone looking to have a car transported.

This was my first time to ship a car and it was a very smooth, easy experience. I shipped my Honda CRV from North Carolina to California. The coordinators at Nexus Auto Transport were very helpful and worked with me while I got my plans put together. The driver did a great job communicating with me. I cannot praise the team at Nexus enough. They made the process of transporting my daughter’s car from Colorado to South Carolina seamless. I met with and then texted with their driver and he sent pics as he parked her car as we arranged. We arrived the next day to the pick it up and it was in perfect condition. Outstanding and price competitive, worth every penny! I will refer others in need of this service only to Nexus.

Yesterday I took delivery of my Bronco Raptor. It made its way from Houston, Texas to my residence in New Mexico. I would like to start off by thanking Paul, William and Issac for all their help. From the quote to scheduling pick up and delivery. Their service and support is second to none. Great job!!! The driver was fantastic as well! A complete professional!! I don't buy any of my vehicles in New Mexico. All my purchases have been out of state. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nexus to anyone you wants to ship a vehicle. I used Nexus to pick up my deceased father's classic 65' Chevy step side truck from PA and transported to Idaho in an enclosed trailer.This is a very special vehicle to our family since it was the last completed restoration he did before he passed in February. The process was easy. It took right up to a couple days before transport to get a driver scheduled so be patient. It was picked up within the preferred dates. The driver was very cautious and took great care of this treasure for us. He was very nice too. His name was Ruvy from Brainix Inc. I had great communication with that company as well. Customer service and updates on delivery were timely. They estimated delivery for a Tues after a Friday pick up. Our truck was here on Mon. I asked for advance notice to meet up. It wasn't beginning delivered to my very rural mountain home. When they said he would be here by 6pm he was literally pulling up at 5:58pm. Excellent experience for someone who stressed out about it a lot. I even put a GPS tracker in our truck I was that nervous. This driver kept it under 70 mph the whole trip too. I would definitely use them again.

My whole experience from start to finish with Nexus Auto Transport was very positive. Once I filled out my inquiry and specifics online I received a call within a few minutes. I spoke with a very knowledgeable person who answered all of my questions without hesitation. She was very informative, friendly and professional. The vehicle was picked up in a timely fashion (within 72 hours). I also like the fact that I received a text update on the progress of the transport of the vehicle. That is great customer service. The delivery was delayed but only due to unforeseen mechanical problems with the transport truck but I was made aware of the delay and the car arrived just a day later. The driver was friendly and courteous. Nexus also checked with me after delivery to make sure everything met my expectations. I have dealt with other auto transport companies and Nexus is far above all others in service, communication and customer service. Their price was also very reasonable. I look forward to shipping with them again.

We searched online to find a reliable and reputable transport company to transport our '34 Ford truck from west coast to east coast. Nexus Auto Transport is the company we chose, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We had great service from the time we contacted them about making the delivery of our truck, to when it reached it's destination. They kept us informed about the truck's journey, we talked with the dispatcher, who put us in contact with the driver.They were accommodating on when the truck would be picked up, and the approximate day/time frame that it would reach it's destination. White glove care! We would definitely recommend them to family and friends. And, we would use them again, if the need arises.

Nexus was great to work with! They were regular communicators and kept me updated every step of the way. The driver / drop off went great. They were extra careful with the car to ensure it didn’t bottom out or get damaged at all. I would use them again if I needed to ship another vehicle.
