The car arrived in perfect condition, and the price they gave us upfront stayed the same. The only extra charge was $150 from the truck driver due to the amount of items we had inside the car. One tip is to consider putting an AirTag or some kind of tracker in your vehicle so you can know exactly where it is during transit, which provides huge peace of mind. Nexus auto transport was great. I had one-one contact with an agent that matched my needs for a timeline. I was able to keep contact with her personally for questions. The company stayed true to their quote and didn’t haggle with me. My parents (car pickup spot) were very happy with the driver and his communication. My friend (drop off spot) said the delivery was smooth and the driver was very professional and friendly. They kept the window frame of delivery and I was overall impressed with professionalism and communication. My car made it home in great condition.

By far the best experience I have had. I used Nexxus transport to transport a car I bought in Sacramento, California to Brandywine, MD. I surprisingly found them along with a few other companies via TikTok. Yes, I was looking for realistic reviews on transport services, I checked Nexxus reviews through google and through BBB and they had the best reviews out of all the other options. I booked them on 11/4 for a 11/15 pickup. They called me the next day after booking online, the customer service from the initial call was thorough and pleasant, they followed up 3 days later to confirm pickup and let me know the company contracted to pick up my car would reach out to me 3 days prior to pick up in which they did, the call was pleasant. Even though I felt so nervous about the whole ordeal, the company called the day of confirming he was in route. The driver was pleasant and on top of it with completing onsite paperwork, he took about 60 pictures and was on his way. He was supposed to arrive to MD on 11/20 but ended up arriving a day early, which was perfect! I would rate this company 5 stars. My daughter's car arrived in perfect shape and early. Thank you so much! I'm so happy I found a reliable company.

I recently shipped my vehicle from New York to Arizona using Nexus services. My experience was very satisfactory in terms of their services. It was a door-to-door shipping. The truck driver coordinated the delivery time efficiently and my vehicle was delivered without any damage. Will highly recommend Nexus for vehicle shipping.

Absolutely great experience. Talked to them 2 weeks prior to pick up. Then talked to them on Thursday the cars were ready for pickup. The cars were picked up in Charlotte, NC on Monday and delivered Wednesday night at 1035pm. I was texted about earlier that day that the car would be there by 10. Then a few hours later they said between 10 and 11pm. The driver texted me at 10pm he would be there in about 30 minutes. At 1035pm he was in front of my house in Las Vegas. 20 minutes later he had unloaded both cars. I was very happy with the service and the delivery.

Experience with Nexus was good and very affordable! Very timely and I appreciated the short pick up window compared to other transportation companies! I wish the communication was a little better when they were coming to pick up my car, but communication was spot on when they were dropping it off. I also called to ask for a military discount and was told that the person who booked my transportation would reach back out to me and I did not hear anything back... Overall it was good service and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a shorter and more exact pick up window.
