Read this post and report complete it because I’m going to explaining in details how Monarch legal group has violated my rights and is contributing to a substantial emotional pain and disturbance. The same can happen to you! My name is Yovanny Cabarcas. One day I received in the mail, a personal loan offer. In which an option of consolidating all my unsecured debt into a single monthly payment was advertised. I was current with all my creditors and had a respectable credit score. However, due to a temporary disability I was in and a hardship I was facing, I called and applied to the loan. Two hours later I was informed that I was denied due to my debt to income ratio. Then I was told I qualified for a debt consideration program. I didn’t know how it works, so I was explained the details and the procedures of it. I accept the offer and signed a contract on June of 2020 with Monarch legal group. The following is My Monarch legal group/reliant account # 25270. I was reassured that in 24 moths I would be able to get out of debt and conserve if not improve my credit score. I asked several times to make sure I understood correctly the proposal of the program- the calls were recorded, they said yes, in 24 moths you will be out of debt and your credit score would not get affected. I enrolled with 9 accounts in the program. After working with them all these time, in which I have paid the total of $15,216.90 to the company plus $2,800 I paid directly to one of the creditors, for a total of $18,016.90. My financial situation is in jeopardy and I’m in the risk of being due. The company charged me fees in a of $6,121.17. However to this day I still have two accounts open that are causing me damage to my credit report. When in a multiple calls I asked why are the numbers so off? Their answer has been that the contract only contains ESTIMATED amounts. Their fee is fix, which is the one that is deducted first. Their total fee was $6,120.21. I need Monarch legal group to use the money they deducted from my account to pay the last two accounts I have open. I don’t want to believe Monorch legal group is a company engage in deception and fraud. Violating local and federal laws. Taking advantage of vulnerable people who are dealing with difficult times to enrich themselves and put them into a harder emotional and financial situation. Please do what is right, if you do, you will be able to prosper and rightfully enjoy the fruit of your labor. If not soon rather than later you will have to deal with a judge in a court of law. Not because I’m looking to sue you, but the un satisfaction of people like me will make noise enough to be heard by the respective authorities.

I had signed up with them April of last year hoping to get my debit paid down. After a rough start of them taking money out of my account when it wasn’t authorized and fighting with them to get a refund Covid got worse. I tried making as many payment as physically possible unfortunately had to cancel service. They told me I was supposed to be getting a $1700 refund that’s what a paid in... Now they’re saying $1512 are service fee and I’ll only be getting roughly $43 back. The supervisor Rashad told me but there was nothing he could do about the amount refunded and if I could not pay I should’ve called sooner to cancel and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to him again I was on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on again. I proceeded to call back and got Michael on the phone he was just as rude. Told me that there was nobody above him that I could speak to and that we were not going to come to an understanding and hung up on me If you are considering this legal group for debt consolidation go somewhere else

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. As the previous reviews on here said, I have paid them monthly and at the end of my contract, the largest debt is still not settled and they want me to keep putting money in here and they will settle my debt for 71% of the amount. They won’t even try for less. Certainly not what the contract I signed said. Run don’t walk away from any contract with them. For the legal fees that they pay to themselves, I could have hired an attorney! Shabby business practices!

This company provided terrible advice, Takes your money does not provide a service. When you cancel your account they claim the money you put in to pay off your debt will be returned, however this does not happen. I have been done for over a month and have not seen this. They have stolen over $7000 as they failed to provide the agreed upon service.

They should have a negative star rating. They do not deserve a single star. You're better calling your creditors directly and working out deals to settle accounts. This company will draft before due date, they don't provide enough info and they'll drop you as soon as they realize they actually need to work to settle accounts. Do not use EVER!!! you'll see plenty examples of why not to use them in their reviews.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! I cannot believe that people like this exist stay away from them they will take your money and they will take their sweet time to do your settlements by the time you know you've paid them 20 payments like myself which summed up to $12,000 and all they did was settled One account for $1,000 I am seriously heartbroken because I am left with a few account unpaid and with them taking $11,000 from me absolute scammers taking advantage of people in need I only prayed to God scammers like this will forever disappear and their whole families will rot from trying to prosper off of poor people in need. Absolutely unprofessional never call you back and always have a trick up their sleeve. Right after I paid off one of the accounts because they took their sweet time all of a sudden what do they do indeed they try to pay for that account in order to get further service fees when in reality I just paid it off. Seriously these people only make enemies no friends if I could only see that before and not ever engaged with these smart scammers that are scaring people who are in need of some debt assistance. Cannot say enough bad things about them Absolute mockery of a government program that's supposed to help you in case you have some debt
