This business is fake! They have taken thousands of dollars from me over the last 3-plus years and have only settled a few of my accounts! I have hardly nothing in my account with them and I have no idea where all the money went!
Please be aware they are only here to take your money. I paid them $9000 and they didn’t do anything for me and I was getting sued. I cancel the service and they would only refund me small portion of it back. Do not fall for this scam like I did!!! Save your money and work with your credit yourself!!! I have contacted the BBB about them!! Hope I can get more of the money back!
Worst mistake I've made in a long time. I went into the program for 36 months and when I complete they added 4 more months of payment .... 4 months later they saying still 4 months out.... they cannot give a breakout and when talking to the representatives none of them can do math. 13k debt , 9k of fees. SCAM... stay away
Deposited 20k over a 4year plan They took 11.2k in fees. 7k in debt settlements. They were quick to take their cut first before starting to settle some debts.
I wish I would have read all the reviews. I been with them for 3 years and non of the settlements reached, paid over $10k to them. I can't reach anyone on my account information, no one can provide me anything, tried reaching them multiple times and being ignored. Nobody knows anything, it does sound like a scam. I will be taking a legal action towards them to get my money returned.
I would encourage anyone who has gotten themselves into a financial situation to know there is help and you are not made to feel bad. They are very nice, fully explain how their program works. Don’t fret about every phone call you get conserving bills, call Monarch Legal Group. They will help you and will make your life so calming and happier with no more stress!
Try another company! Monarch is unorganized; legal representation is subpar, client managers do not follow up; timeline estimation for program completion is unrealistic. Better off paying real lawyers. Paid a lump sum 5 months ago to settle one account and yesterday 9/20/22 - after being silent for four months, they asked for an additional $900. Highly disappointed! BBB should have their info.
We paid them full contract amount, about 40k dollars. They closed just 15% of our debts, and asked more and more money. Stay away from this scam. Terrible.
Rip off. I signed up for a four year program. I was told I would pay16000.00 .and I'm up to 32,000 and still have two cards outstanding. They do not keep their word. I have reported to BBB. I suggest everyone do it so they wiit taking money
I would give a 0 star, but that is not an option. This company and program are a SCAM, in a year and a half they did not make any progress in getting my debt with my creditors negotiated, in fact they did not even get in contact with my creditor. I was then summons'ed by the creditor and no one from Monarch showed up on my behalf, they did not notify me and when I inquired they said they have not been able to get a response from a attorney to represent me... this is NOT a law firm, they do NOT have attorney's. I'm now working on getting in touch with the attorney representing the creditor to see what I can do to resolve this myself. Do NOT get sucked into this program, worst mistake/decisions I have EVER made.
