Don’t come early expecting a door before appt time. Drivers: Come down enterprise st to the overhead CVS sign. The office for check in is there and the door is marked. All the staff that I ran into were friendly. Same old back in the door, chock your wheels and shut the engine off. The doors can be tight if you have to back into the garage and watch for trailers being in the way
Not bad, 11AM appointment, got a door by 12:15PM, the gate I deliveried to ain't that bad for backing, enough room for a U-turn. Friendly staff. They have lumper fees. No overnight parking but I stayed on the side of the road.
Did delivery here,They are very Strict about appointment so don’t be early here only 15 minutes before ya you can check in around 45 minutes before but they ll call you only 15 minutes before,easy backup,fork guys are quick if you got floor load then 1.30 hour minimum otherwise half hour and you done,((((Lady at desk she is very nice )))I’m just giving then 4 star coz of staff specially,restroom available no overnight parking
Everybody so friendly and will call you on time. The only downside when you have to back in, do not open your door just go back in halfway and open the inside otherwise, you take it off the receiving start coming in 3 PM. who was Engineer of the building opening, the doors is a totally idiot .!
I had an 0600 appt. Check in with the shipping office at the first entrance on the left after you pass the trailer yard. The clerk in the office was very nice. She will give you yard pass and direct you where to go from there. I was given a garage dock immediately. Back into the garage, give the dock guy your bills and yard pass. Unload time was very quick. He'll give you the bills and yard pass back. Then, you'll go back to the shipping office and return the yard passto the clerk. Time out was 0645. Only 4 stars because of the huge pot holes and craters you have to maneuver around!
Not so bad but you will have a very tight dock trying parking here be careful, slide your tamdens and keep your door close until you get in after you can open your door before docking.
This is one the worst DC to delivery a load my appointment time was 1000 and now is all most 1300 I don't have door yet if you have another load please cancel it because you will be late . the security guy can't help but the people in the receiving don't care about nothing thi is my first and last delivery
As soon as I hit the dock they started unloading. Appointment was at 5 am. Check in with guard for door and wait to enter the gate at 5. Drive to your door. They open garage and you back inside the building. It’s easy. Plenty of room. Friendly people. Took 10 minutes to unload but so far over 2:16 to check it in. Ridiculous
First of all, this shop requires appointments for small LTL stops, and they'll take a full 2 hours for three or four pallets. Then they ignore the fact that it's LTL, unload the whole truckload, and repack it in the wrong order. So from there you're whole route is screwed up.
If you get load for this place so my advise head the hell before heading this place they are not respect you awful place I been 2 days arrived they not unload me I been waiting from Monday until Wednesday on 4 pm they are not respected at all
