I feel your pain if you end up having to go to this God forsaken place built for day cabs I mean you have to check not to be perfectly straighter you're not getting in the door and if you bump the curb you're going to hit the roof and would you believe I had somebody back in my semi while I was being unloaded in this place I hope I never have to go back
Not too bad. It's about 3 hrs unloading time if you have a full trailer. Overnight parking.....debatable. If you get here super early, you can spend the night. There's plenty of options both directions for parking.
It's like any other DC. 50 available docks...use only 1 to unload inbound. No dedicated LTL dock. In-house contracted lumpers will always slow the process beyond comprehension.
i been late coz of my drive axle rim leaks nd bad weather on i-90 nd i already informed all to my brocker nd now it's 4th day im still waiting for unload they waste my all week nd its 4th day in semi doing nothing so unprofessional !
Nothing good to say about this place always a cluster. Security has no idea what's going on half the time. Paul holds everywhere or rip your car your truck half off. But you know when you drive a truck it's you get what you get.
Only by appointment don’t show up here early. You can check in only 30 minutes before your appointment time. Fast unloading. You have to check in by the gate 2 there is a office for check in.
Avoid this place....10 am appt ,arrived and checked in at 845...still waiting for a door....they told me if you have a complaint call corporate....total b.s.

Rude people at the guard shack
Rude lady at checkin office, I was here to deliver, Appt 8 am, checked in 7.30 am got dock around 8.30 am Out around 11.30 am, Not a good place to deliver.
