Fast unloading and friendly staff. I got gate 4 and that was not tight but gate 3 guard said it’s tight in there. Just be careful and get out and look.
Checked in 9am for 10am delivery. If 30 mins late they might ask you to reschedule. Docks are bit tight if delivering on gate 3 docks.
You can't check in until half an hour before your appointment. If you're too early they'll let you park in the staging area by the guard shack until it's time. Took a little longer to unload than i would think necessary. There's a space to park at on Enterprise by the railroad track, sat there for my 8 hour split and nobody bothered me. There's a soul food spot with chicken and waffles a few blocks away.
Quick check in, got door right away. DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
I had a very bad experience here. I showed up few hrs early i was told to park until my appointment time, then got door it took them almost 5hrs to unloaded a fully loaded truck. Then a surprised lumber fee over $515 dollars.
Just be fair with drivers last week i was late for 25 min and they told me u need to reschedule your appointment and they schedule me for 5 days later and when i check in 5:15 my appt was 6 am they give me a door at 6:40 40 min late to my appt tell me is this fair,and wait to unload me 6 hours how is that possible i wish never come back here worst facility ever

Truck drivers need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. I was assigned Dock 22, which is tight, so take your time.
This is a completely dirty company, no one is taking the load on time. My appointment was at 8 am and I was given a door number at 10 am, then my load was unloaded at 12 pm, my door number was 22
