My appointment is 12:00 p.m. I came here at 10:00 a.m. And they told me we are busy Come back at 11:30 a.m. They give me door at 1:30 p.m. I'm finished at 3:00 p.m.

Fast unload but no showing up early 1 hr before appointment only
Appointment was @ 17:00 allowed early checking in @ 15:00, very polite people @ check in office!! Once they provide you the dock, dock it and walk to door on the corner n give your paperwork. Stared unloading soon as the new shift people got in there. Out by 16:45, Everything went pretty good.
DON'T EVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS RECEIVER IF YOU WANT GOOD FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR BUSSINESS!! IRRESPONSBILE LAZY PEOPLE WORKING HERE!
Appt at 8am; Arrived at 7:50, Assigned a dock at 9am. BEWARE Gate 3 docks are tight take your time. They do have someone available to help if you can’t get in the dock. 4 stars because im the only one that had to disconnect and drop trailer other drivers didn’t. Everybody is Nice and respectful!
Fantastic company to work for! Great pay, home every day, no weekends, no nights, no holidays, great equipment, best dispatchers in the business. Worked for them for several years now and very satisfied. Indy terminal primarily services CVS, Homegoods, and Ken Foods.
Checked in 6:30 AM for 7:00AM appointment.On dock 6:45 AM ,Now 10:00AM still here.very slow unloading.
You cant be more than hour early, but you cannot be late more than 30 min Even on time they hold me for 5+ hours Delivering candy
The type of warehouse that have rule that if you dont follow you screw, i arrive 15min before 8am appointment and is 1:00pm and still not done i lost my second load
