I went to Miami and was tired of spending money on Uber. I tried to use services like Kayak and Expedia but their rates were too expensive. I came across this company and was hesitant at first because there was not a lot of information online about them. However, the process was easy and legit. The only complaint I have was that it was very difficult to try to find information to contact them when I had to modify my reservation.

I keep coming to Miles Car Rental after checking various car rentals. Gina Barajas (the agent I called for help) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their prices are fantastic and most of all it includes the insurances including travel, that right there is peace of mind and a no brainer. Very reliable and the agents are fantastic. They answer the phone right of way. They are always there to help you. Very flexible rules. I absolutely recommend Miles Rental Car to anyone traveling abroad.
