Catalina Ramirez was amazing thru the phone, she helped me a lot. She changed my pick up and drop off times super easy and fast and mentioned things that i had completely forgotten. I’m writing this after my call where everything sounded perfect to me, i will see how it goes in a couple days when im picking up the car.

EDITED: i was told by juliana sanchez i had to write 5 reviews before the reservation for the car to go through which I thought was wrong to do. She did help us out when there were no cars available anywhere but after numerous repeats of spelling still got our last name wrong which isn't hard it's roper and almost cost us the car and then failed to mention when we go to the airport your not looking for Miles you need to know which company she booked with. Wonderful customer service with juliana sanchez and helped us out when we couldn't get help anywhere else.
My service agent Ana Gomez is the absolute best. She was consistent and resilient in finding the best deal for our Christmas travels. Ana had excellent communication and was committed to assisting me by calling and emailing me. All updates or corrections she made to my reservation she also sent an email. Aunty Ernette will be so excite we were able to find an affordable vehicle for the trip.
