My experience with Luz Quique from Viajemos / Miles Car Rental has been absolutely superb. I have spoken to her on the phone a few times and also via email. She is always quick to repsond and has been so helpful in sorting out my problems and questions. I really couldn't recommend this company enough and I have been completely delighted with the service i have received so far and Luz's customer service has been outstanding. She is professional, polite and very attentive and has really made me feel like a very important customer. My hire car is booked for July so i will post back when i return with an update on my experience but so far my whole dealings with this Company has been fantastic so than you very much Luz - you are a real credit to the Company :-)

I am quite disappointed with my reservation in May, 1st because I have did it considering a Nissan Rougue as category model but when I arrived at Hertz they informed my car was from a lower category (Trax model). I tried to resolve this issue by e-mail and chat but no one anwsered me untik now.
I have never experienced such bad customer service. I made a reservation for a car rental and then had to cancel it (the same day), and I was told I'd receive a refund. Almost a full two weeks has gone by and I've had to call multiple times, still have not received my refund. Every representative I speak to says something different. Worse experience I have ever had. Their cancellation policy are not clear and their staff members are not well trained. I would not advise booking through this 3rd party site.
