Booked the car and then needed to make a change. Used the online customer service, and it was great. They were able to make a change to the timing, and there was no added fee through them vs going direct to the car rental company. Quick response, great service. Happy with my experience so far.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today especially as an international traveler. I missed my original reservation time due to an unforeseen circumstance that was far beyond my control and the agent was not trying to understand the situation. Andrea dealt with me and was very rude during the interaction. It was almost as if I was a bother to her. It was not the best first time experience.
