This company hires incompetent workers. From management all the way down to the people handling your vehicle. They totalled a vehicle that they were supposed to park and claim they are not responsible. The manager himself said to talk to our own insurance company and have them fix the car if I want it fixed. In order to get any results from them legal action has to be taken. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. It's ridiculous how many people are on here sharing similar situations and these people are still in business.

I was attended by William Orozco, excellent service and very well educated, he treats vehicles very well and drives and parks correctly and provides an excellent service, I think I would look for him again to help me park my car. Thank you

In august 18th, one of their employee damage my car at Komodo. They provide a link to open claim. I suppose to get an answer within 5 days. Since this day, no on contacted me. Actually i call everyday and let a voice message to the claim department. Never an answer. Be aware, they try to scam you. At the beginning they are liable and after Silence is their answer.

I had the opportunity to met the team of valet parking that work at The Mark on brickell Bay Drive when I visited a friend and they were amazing, they treated me and my car with great care. Its a group of honest and hard-working people.

If i can give 0 stars I would. Alvaro at Mint scammed me. Was dropping off something, he said okay you can park here for 5 minutes. I went upstairs, it wasn't exactly 5 minutes but I thought it would free The valet guy scammed me and charged me an outrageous fee. This is nothing but a blatant money grab and a complete lack of integrity

I have a complaint to make. Today I visited the Paperfish at Brickell and the sign of the valet fee was covered. When I realized, the valet was charging 41USD. I thought it was too expensive and when I asked, he said that was the price. While he and the other valet were getting the cars, I uncovered the sign and saw that the real price was 25USD. Very disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Edmundo and his team from Miami Parking, Inc. for the past 4 years. Great team, responsive and dependable. Will highly recommend. A++

Dear Sirs I am stunned to see the review written by Dario claiming in essence that the valet Adrianne stole from him. I live in the Mark. Everyday Adriane parks my car...everyday Adriane cares and helps my wife with our 20 month old daughter Everyday Adriane helps me and wife in ways That only a dedicated honest employee would do. The seemingly small things that shows he cares and goes out of his way on our behalf. I am trained as an attorney...I will not spend time picking apart the story laid out by this person Dario...but it does not make sense if he has been there before using the service as well as the “agreement” he claims he had with Adrianne The point her is that Adriane is a family man of the highest moral caliber. Anyone who knows Adriane knows that he carries himself with a happy positive attitude that is passed onto those around him. I have left hundreds of dollars as well as jewelry expensive sunglasses etc. never has there been a problem...in fact quite the opposite, when my wife and daughter leave our apartment and get in the elevator I am confident that they will be safe and watched over in a way that is not a valets job, but is in fact the Way a valet who is a wonderful man Brings himself to work everyday providing us a service unequalled in every way. I don’t remember ever being so upset over a review that I felt the need to comment. I don’t like bully’s and just because someone didn’t get there way does not give them the right to try and ruin a mans reputation. Had this man a serious complaint I doubt he would need to do it publicly. Miami parking you should be proud to have Adrianne in your employ!

The valet team at Baker’s Cay Key Largo, managed through Miami Parking, truly set the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment you arrive. Every interaction was professional, welcoming, and efficient. A special thank you to Alex, who went above and beyond. Alex was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire arrival and departure process feel effortless. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work and in making guests feel welcomed. What stood out most overall was the attitude of the entire team. Everyone we encountered was kind, organized, and genuinely seemed to enjoy providing great service. In a place where first impressions matter, this team absolutely delivers.

I love their service and attention they give to all the guests, they're very attentive and the whole team is very hard working. I have no complaints whatsoever. Awesome team totally recommend them.
