This is a great service. I live at the mint and the whole staff is very helpful, nice, and patient. Their attentive nature is very welcoming as they open the door come in and out of the building. They also give treats to my dog whenever we go for a walk. I live at the Mint, where Rafael in particular always goes out of his way to greet us and say hi to my dog. I couldn’t recommend this service more!
If you valet to go to Amazonia you have to walk through an office building, if you are in heels it's about 1000 ft. When you come to pickup your car you wait 100 ft down the alley by the trash cans, then the valet drops your car about 50 ft away, worst valet experience I have ever had anywhere.
Was here last night and the valet guys provided great service at Delilah’s. Would definitely recommend for others!!
HORRIBLE !!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! They crashed my car then ignored me when it’s time to fix it . I understand that mistakes happen but they didn’t even notify me that an accident occurred . I found out HOUR LATER when I requested my car to go to dinner . We did a police report and came to an agreement but they didn’t hold up their end ! They had my car sitting in the same spot for ALMOST A WEEK OPEN! When I got in touch with the claims department they refused to give me a similar size rental car and just went the cheapest route . I ended up towing my car myself and they started ignoring me from there ! I’ve asked for their insurance multiple times and NOTHING ! I do not recommend using this company they’re JANKY !
This is the best valet in all of Miami ! I used to be a resident at the Gables Club for 18 years. They are the most trustworthy, friendly, respectful people always willing to help. I have known the manager Alex for many many years. I am also a realtor and I sell many condos in the area Alex and his team are by far The most reliable hard working people around . The Paramount Bay valet team are exemplary of unparalleled customer service always at the client's service they open the door for me everyday and wait even if I am on the phone ... true luxury and excellence !!! I wish all the valets in Miami are like that . The whole team ! Felipe , Kevin , Kevin , María ! All amazing !

On Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at approximately 1:40 PM I had an appointment at 2 PM. Apparently did not realize that I went into the wrong building and I wasn’t even there not even 10 minutes until I realized that I turned around and asked for my car in the valet attendant charge me $10 and I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes. I was literally there for a couple of minutes not even five minutes. Do not go to this building at 1200 Brickell Dr. the corner of SE. 13th St. these people are crooks and are the worst Parking intended ever. My son is a disabled child and they still charge me $10 when I wasn’t even there more than 10 or 20 months do not park your vehicle or get it valet with these people Miami Parking they’re the worst
I would like to understand why there are frequent changes in management at trump royale?? During a period of time, I had the opportunity to meet the manager Carlos, an excellent person and very dedicated professional. His leadership was clearly reflected in the organization and the overall quality of service
I work with Jorge daily at the 1200 Brickell Building, and he is amazing! So helpful and kind, he is so easy to work with and always makes a huge effort. We frequently host events at our company, and he is my point of contact that always gets the valet organized and keeps our clients happy! Thank you Jorge!!!
