Completely abusive rude attendent, completely inappropriate comments, completely unnecessary, if I could give 0 stars I would, will never ever use again. They need to have training on how to deal with public.
I don't normally leave reviews about valet parking, but Jorge from 1200 Brickell Ave. is just amazing! He is always so attentive, friendly and welcoming. I can tell he loves his job and he enjoys helping people. If only more places in Miami had employees like Jorge!
Luis has always been stand up on all accounts with him. He is incredibly courteous and helpful everytime my son and I enter and leave the valet. He’s always the first to greet us upon our arrival to the building . We are grateful to have him at our building. All the staff are so great thank you for doing a great job all the time
Christiam is an absolute gem of a valet! I live at the Mark and his warmth and caring nature shines through in every interaction. The valet parking staff at our building are simply outstanding. They are always incredibly friendly, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a cheerful 'good morning.' They go above and beyond to assist with any needs, making every experience seamless and pleasant. I absolutely love the service they provide. Highly recommended!
Left my car with MP earlier this month. When I opened my central console the next day, I was disappointed to see that cash had been stolen from my car. MP made it hard to file a claim, but I finally managed to do it, and they said they would conduct a thorough investigation. After a few weeks, I got an email saying my claim was denied. Did not get any solid explanation, so I responded to the email asking for more information, but have not received an answer. Very upsetting and shocking to see that the company's policy is that if you leave something in the car, it is now theirs to steal. Of course one should know not to leave cash in their car, but mistakes happen, and people forget to take stuff out of their car before parking, specially when leaving it in the hands of a "trusted" company.
I live in Paramount Bay and the team that do the valet for the property is amazing! they always are very helpful and patient and supportive with me and my family. They bring the car on time , therefore I don’t have to wait
I typically don't leave reviews unless I feel I've been treated unfairly. However, this time, I want to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Willi Orosco. He went out of his way to ensure we felt well taken care of and treated us like family. Thank you for everything, Willi.
The crew that worked the valet were excellent, specially Glenys Acosta for her professionalism and curiosity during my stay and for retrieving my vehicle with no delay.
