I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the MP valet team, the valet manager, and the front desk staff at The Colonnade in Coral Gables for their exceptional service, kindness, and hospitality. Their professionalism, attention, and warm welcome made such a positive difference. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make the experience so pleasant and memorable.

I was in Miami on vacation and left my car with MP Parking valet service. They were outstanding—friendly and took great care of my car—especially Mr. Santiago, Isabel, Eros, and Jaime. Such great service and amazing customer service. They even helped me with my bags.

Every time I travel to Miami, I stay at the Colonnade Hotel, and one of the main reasons is the incredible hospitality. The MP Parking staff is so friendly and they consistently deliver top-tier customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to Isabel, Alejandro, Santiago, and Eros for always going above and beyond. It’s a pleasure returning to a place where you're treated so well. Highly recommended!

PLEASE BE AWARE: This company may not accept responsibility for damage to your vehicle while it is in their care. I used their valet service on May 24, 2026, at 1200 The Club at Brickell Bay. When my vehicle was returned, I discovered a scratch on the passenger-side front bumper that was not present when I handed over the car. I immediately notified the valet attendant, who took photos and stated that they would be submitted to management. I was then provided with a phone number to contact regarding the claim. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach someone over the following two days, I finally received a claim form, which I completed and submitted promptly. Approximately one week later, my claim was denied on the grounds that there was allegedly no evidence the damage occurred while the vehicle was under their care. Fortunately, I was not staying at an Airbnb but was visiting my sister, who owns an apartment in the building. We are currently working to obtain CCTV footage from the property covering the times my vehicle was dropped off and retrieved. Once obtained, I intend to provide this evidence to my attorney for further review and handling of the claim. My concern is not only the damage itself but also the lack of accountability and responsiveness throughout the process. Based on my experience, I found the staff to be careless with customer vehicles, difficult to reach when an issue arose, and unwilling to take responsibility for damages that occur while a vehicle is entrusted to them. I would strongly recommend exercising caution before using this valet service.

Outstanding valet service at the Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables. I would like to especially recognize Isabel, Alejandro, Eros, Frank, and Jaime for their professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service. They were always courteous, efficient, and attentive, making every arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude and dedication truly enhanced my experience. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

If I can write a 0 star review I would. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. They start screaming at you to move the car in the location they guided you to. I spoke to their valet manager Javier Pina to complain about his staff and he was even more rude. I highly discourage any building management company to use this company!!!!

The Valet named William Orozco gives a very pleasant service, it is true that the times I have been a visitor and he has taken care of him, I feel happily attended

I live in a building where certain residents need to valet their vehicles and I’m one of them. I caught FOUR valet drivers inside of my car and one of them had ripped the car seat. The other three ran out of my car giggling like 4 year old girls. MP valet never took accountability and honestly after getting surveillance footage, police reports, filing a claim with my insurance - I’m just exhausted and over it. I’m stuck paying for the damage they did to my car. I’m officially moving out of my building because I rather leave than have to be reminded of how horrible this company is every time I get my car.

Absolutely no PROFESSIONALISM!! Victor is the ABSOLUTE worse in manners, disrespectful, no motivation, unethical, improper Manager. I live in one of the buildings they just got hired for and the absolute worst Valet company ever. They have new people every week , everyone quits, and the SLACK is incredible. I DO NOT Recommend this company!
