Austin was excellent. Very attentive and friendly to the table. Food came out great and service was amazing. Very helpful with getting us refills and additional condiments. Fun to have as a service, would come back to sit with him.
Great seats to watch fifa and the food was great as always! We had the best server! He has curly hair and glasses don’t remember his name but he’s great!
Though the pizza is flavorful, my rating is for the overpriced, flavorless burger and side. The meat was absolutely boring, soggy, grey in color. The bottom of the deceptively oversized bun is wet as a sponge. Try delivery in a paper box of some sort. Not thought out in a sealed plastic container which obviously steams your food. Maybe a tablespoon of grilled onion. I threw $15 in the trash. The tater tot side is pathetic. A few undercooked pale tater tots that tasted once frozen. Stick to the pizza where they started out. The rest of the food seems a ploy for money without customer respect.
We had a group of 10 and they were very accommodating. Our server Lala was great. We had a lot of orders that were separate and everything came out quickly and correctly.
Just had a Great time at Mellow Mushroom. This time was exceptionally great though because our food came out perfect. Heather behind the bar always makes sure our group is taken care of.
What a disappointing experience. I hate leaving bad reviews but this outing was a disaster from beginning to end. Went last night about 8:30 with a group of ten. We ordered drinks, 15 wings, 3 salads and 3 pizzas. Let’s start with the drinks waiter could not keep them filled and several members of the party had to get up from the table to get refills. Wings came out burnt and late I think he forgot to put the order in (took a good 20-25 minutes). When the pizzas came we only got 2 of the 3 and the two that came were not hot. The third pizza came out like 15 minutes later. The salads came out were just wrong (not what we ordered). So all in all was not a good experience. Some of this was on the waiter(who I won’t name) and the manager (who at least came over and apologized and gave us a $15 credit). The waiter needed more training, he couldn’t even answer if they had a full bar. And the kicker was the automatic gratuity that was charged. So now I’m done venting and moving on to the next place.
It doesn't necessarily say it on the menu. But they do pizza by the slice, even late at night. Love going there and getting a slice of one of their specialty pizzas for anywhere, from $4 to $6 bucks. Can't beat it.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Jay’s excellent customer service made the entire dining experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Absolutely loved coming here. It was open late at night which is why we came here. Food was amazing and my server Brooke was sweet and helpful! Definitely will come back.
The food and drinks were amazing loved the vibes and our server shy was absolutely the best very attentive and great recommendations as well as having a wonderful personality
