I came here for a girl's night out and was disappointed. We ordered some cheese bread while we waited for our friend. She was 25 minutes away and arrived shortly after a plate of cheese bread. Took almost 20 minutes for an appetizer. The pizza came out quicker, but it still felt like a while. Everything was good. Everyone liked their pizza, and the dough was fantastic. Our waitress disappeared for long periods, only stopped by the table a couple of times, and never got refills on our drinks. I feel like I shouldn’t have to ask if you can see an apparent empty cup on the table, but the lack of someone coming to the table didn’t help. One thing that was slightly annoying and out of control of the restaurant was people letting their kids run around….please stop letting them run around a restaurant when staff is walking by with trays of food and drinks. Also, kids were screaming and playing on the fire truck table, and it wasn't enjoyable to hear while trying to enjoy dinner. Overall, dinner was good, but maybe I’ll choose a different time or sit in the bar area away from the kids.
MM Avondale able to handle our Saturday evening group of ten with zero issues. We ordered/shared pretzel bites, dip, wings, pizza, a smash burger and salad. Adult drink selections satisfied everyone. Service very attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed experience!
My daughter and I treated ourselves to lunch out after a difficult week. We sat in our favorite booth, had our favorite pizza, and enjoyed our time with Bree, a great server.
The staff is so welcoming here and I always have the best experience with the bartenders and servers. Specifically Shy and Brooke (both). I also want to shout out Christian for always being so nice. By the way, the pretzel bites are the bomb.
We've been in twice at the bar and the same bartender Brooke served us. As soon as we sat down she didnt say hi or anything and walked away. Waited 5 minutes or more. We noticed as soon as someone sat by us she immediately took their order before she would say hi and hand us menu. She just kept walking past us to serve i guess are her regular guest which is so rude and unprofessional. We werent expecting to be there for 2 hrs but she just kept walking past us and not checking in on us on a slow night. There was 3 people sitting at the bar. She is unprofessional and needs to be restrained on customer service. Don't ignore guest who sit down greet them. We will not be back. Food wasnt great. I got a small pepperoni pizza and it tasted off. The drink she made me was awful and took over an hour to finish and had to ask for water. Service sucked. Please retrain her so others dont have to put up with the bs of her and the other workers standing at the far end of the bar.
They had the World Cup game on everywhere and it was glorious vibes. Kayla was awesome and handled my picky self with top mark customer service. Ten out five stars.
Jay was amazing! We had a huge 20 top of individual girls for book club and he did so great and was able to keep us all straight when it came to our checks. He definitely needs a raise!
I had a very pleasurable experience. My server Brooke H was highly attentive, polite, and excellent at her job. I'm apprecoative of that because nowadays you don't always get such excellent service.
Our waiter Jay was the best man i’ve ever met in my life. He was so kind and helpful. He was always there for us even through the hard times. When my pizza fell on the ground, he was there to make a new one.
Misty was an amazing waitress, she came in to a busy restaurant and was able to serve multiple tables right away with ease. Will be back to see her! Oh yah and the pizza was good... BUT MISTY!!
