Horrible service, No attendants or Support at the number are available. I attended a concert and had pre-paid with Park Wiz. It was noted that the QR code would be accepted when pulling into the parking area. I attempted numerous times to provide the QR to the machine and it did not work , attempted the call the help button got no response. Ended up having to pay again because no attendants are around for support. Even today I tried calling just goes to voicemail - Horrible service
I was recently at the 10x garage here in Aventura, and all i have to say is wow!! What a difference! They recently changed to Legacy Parking and i was impressed. The service, the garage cleanliness and very helpful staff! 5/5 forsure!! We need more of them all over our cities!
If I could give no stars, I would. I was trapped in the stairway because the doors are so heavy it was impossible to get out on my own. The security had to let me out. When I called the general manager requesting a refund for my parking fee, he refused and blamed me despite my traumatizing experience. Doors should be accessible to all people of all ability levels. It should not take security to help me open a door. The general manager was so rude that he hung up on me. That man has no human decency and I hope someone with more compassion takes his job.
