Worst parking lot ever. I have two issues 1. I asked the security lady who worked there how much the parking was . She said $20 flat rate .. she even said you can enter now and stay until 7am tomorrow and it will be $20 flat rate. Then I only stayed exactly 2 hours and when I paid it was $25 for 2 hours . I couldn’t believe it . More expensive than parking in the bayside area which it was for real $20 flat rate . Thanks God I didn’t stay longer. But why the lady lied. That was so no professional . 2. The parking had an entrance that you will need to turn and turn to go up. It was horrible. No space to turn . Terrible parking…. I wouldn’t ever ever come back . No way
If I could give 0 stars I could. I parked at Legacy in Downtown Miami next to Cafe bastille thinking it would be a great place to park my car… however things took a turn for the worse. I parked my car on the fourth floor, I saw that the fourth floor staircase was my closest exit and went downstairs. As I descended each floor got more sketchy, with shards of broken glass and dilapidated stairs. The stairwell looked abandoned, I thought to myself that I should get out of here as quick as possible. I reached the first floor and saw something very suspicious, then opened the door that I had thought would have been the exit, but it was a strange hallway. I was very scared and started running up the stairs to find out that all the doors were locked to come back into the garage. Thankfully I reached the fifth floor and the maintenance door was open and it took me to the garage. I had alerted someone of what I went through and saw and was told told that it was very unsafe in the stairwell. If it is, then the door to the stairwell should not have public access!!! I have read other reviews of people being trapped and this is not okay, on top I had to pay 14 dollars, I was not even there for one hour.
Charged me for parking for the month and then turned off my parking card so now way of getting my car out of garage. No response. Spent $300 on Ubers.
Wow… parking garages have become really advanced. It’s quite expensive, but I booked through the SpotHero app and paid $10.83. For the same time without the app, it could easily cost $40+. The entry is a bit tricky. The ramp goes round and round up to the 5th floor, and you really have to concentrate while driving — otherwise you might scrape the wall. Everything is fully automated, and the system scans your license plate automatically. The elevators are also a bit confusing. While exiting the building, we saw one group spending almost 20 minutes trying to figure out which lift to take. Even for us, with a stroller, it was a bit difficult to navigate. Overall, it’s modern and high-tech, but not very user-friendly. Address: 200 Biscayne Blvd #4A, Miami, FL 33131 Entrance: Look for the big “P” parking sign.
I reserved a parking spot on SpotHero. I knew I was going to be late, so I tried to extend my reservation, but it kept failing! I was not able to extend even I started to try 20 mins ahead of the time. Finally I left the garage with 30 mins overtime and was charged $25!
Horrible garage. On the weekends it's $25 for any duration, but its in fine print so you cant see that price until its too late. Instead you see the $8 for 30min in bold. Also it has spiral ramps that are incredibly tight to get in and out, even in a smaller vehicle.
Today August 28 - this garage allowed a towing company to unlawfully and illegally tow my car. This company FALSEY towed my car, when it was rightfully parked for free at my GYM where I park every day, on level 3. They then stole my car and would not give it back. We had my ID and photos of title etc.. yet they refused to give my car back without my hard copy title. I am from Nevada and my title hard form was in Nevada. A 5 hour flight away. They stole my car this company. And they didn’t even have a phone number or leave any details when they stole it which is illegal. We have photos of where my EV car was rightfully parked. Im pregnant and they expected me to fly to Nevada to try find my hard copy title . Thankfully i had found another hard copy which i then (heavily pregnant) had to Uber all the way to the car to try get my car back. Unsure what they expect- I gave my ID multiple forms of it - my belongings and keys were in the car which proved it was my car After I fully proved who I was with insurance and ID. They then refused all our credit cards also and were not going to let us pay. The employees were disgustingly rude- their names are -Alfredo , Andreas - and Carolina. My credit card ended up going through by accident - and I paid $150 for a tow that was not lawful. My car was on LEVEL 3 of lifetime gym- which i pay $400 a month for which includes this parking with it. The gym said it was illegally towed also. Because of this I missed out on a days work trying to get my car back which was stolen illegally by this tow company. I need a refund (which I’ll get from my bank anyways if the tow company refuses to refund it) and also compensation for my missed work. I will be taking this further. Disgusting.
I want to share the negative parking experience I’ve had at Legacy parking garage over the past year. Dealing with multiple break ins to my vehicle and an atrocious parking staff is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this garage. At a whopping $42 per day, you can rest assured knowing that your vehicle is not safe from theft, and you will not have any assistance from parking attendants. ive had multiple negative experiences with the parking garage manager, who has put a boot on my vehicle for parking in a reserved spot for five minutes, but when my vehicle was burglarized, couldn’t help me for weeks. I want to shed light on this garage for what it is, garbage. Legacy Garbage should be the name of this garage. From the rude staff to the sky high parking prices, I’d rather park my car in the middle of the ocean before I utilize this garage again, because at least I know my vehicle is safe and won’t be attended by incompetent employees.
This is the worst parking operator ever. Their Technology sucks. They don’t even have Apple/tap Pay to check out of the Lifetime parking garage and Coral Gables. They also illegally tow vehicles. They say the charger was full and then tow your vehicle for no reason. Legacy parking deserves their forthcoming bankruptcy…
I just left the 1111 Garage here in Miami Beach and my ticket wasnt working for some reason. A young gentleman came over and helped me. I noticed he had a Legacy shirt on and he mentioned being the property manager. He made my day with the patience and service he gave me today. Thank you Legacy Parking for providing top of the líne service.
