Office close all the time
No signs indicating where to exit and enter while walking out It just takes a few signs to make this a better experience
Awful garage, never park there. Recently attended an annaul concert and parked here without knowing what would come. Hundreds of cars including the one I traveled in, stuck in this garage for 2 hours or so and they refused to let us out. The police had to be called after multiples attempts for help and they finally let us out. Only good thing was that we didn't have to pay so FREE parking due to their greediness and lack of problem solving!
Parked there for less than 30 mins on a Saturday. I guess they charge 25 on weekends but I shouldn't be learning that from another review. I entered and saw the interval prices on the board and decided to park. Scanned the code to set up to pay and after trying to pick a time or reduce the price, i figured the 25 was a hold to be adjusted after I left because it was ticketless and they just read your plate. Never wouldve parked there otherwise but I guess I agreed to it...
I recently parked at Legacy Parking Company and had a frustrating experience. First, the pricing felt very expensive for what you get. The entrance is extremely narrow, curvy, and tight, which made driving in pretty stressful—I had to be extra careful the entire time. Getting out was a bit easier, but the biggest issue was the pricing confusion. When I entered my credit card information on the site, it showed that I would be charged $16. However, once I arrived, I saw a sign stating that the charge would actually be $26 for the first two hours. Sure enough, I was later charged $26 on my card
i park here for work i was late due to the staff not letting this person leave the police had to come and it was a scandal the garage was held up so i couldn’t even go to my parking spot. that’s not the end of it i pay monthly and i can’t even cancel ive called corporate as soon as they were open and no one was in the office i left a message and eventually called a hour and a half later and still no response you can’t cancel on the website and the app says i’m not registered yet im getting monthly invoices on that same email. so i ask why is it so hard to cancel when to subscribe it’s a click of a button you can’t turn monthly payments off, or remove your card because they need it to charge you. It’s extremely predatory. the website is extremely slow so for you to navigate it so ontop of being predatory it’s extremely frustrating
New management company took hold of all private records and is continuously trying to charge me for services I canceled months before. Be careful giving these people any of your information.
What's going on with the quality of the parking lots in this area? Do you want to treat your customers well, or are you only interested in the money and giving bad experiences to the people who pay your salaries? How unpleasant. They advertise one price at the entrance and then charge you another. The staff treats you like you owe them money. Everything is so poorly done... AND THIS IS IN BRICKELL... I feel so sorry for everyone involved in this experience.
You guys are a SCAM DO NOT PARK THERE. I went to silverspot cinema to watch a movie for one hour and 30 minutes and they charged me 16.99 then 26.99 and then 9. 99 dollars. That building shouldn’t have changed the company. What supposed to be a good experience ended up with this unpleasant moment
This people are crazy , i parked there Sunday at 8:30 pm , scanned the QR code , registered , the receipt said will be covered until next day morning , I parked there for 3 h .they charged me 26.99 when I exited the gate . For my surprise 3 days later they charged me 9.51 and next day 16.99 , when you call to the number on the transaction answer a guy that he said he used to work there but he has nothing to do with the company .
