Terrible experience with their app , after trying to input all of the info they require for about a half hour it would not accept my license plate info. I had to abort and leave their parking garage. Legacy parking sucks.
Honestly cheapest parking you can find around Biscayne on a busy day, especially before a Heat playoff game. $15 for 4 hours, not bad at all, I was expecting much more, some places in the same area charge $50 flat rate for the day. Had to walk around the building a few times to find a pedestrian entrance (not cool) should have a sign up letting parkers know they have to use the elevator near the loading dock smh
Th worst parking garage ever! If you’re going to an event or concert don’t park here you will be stuck in the garage for hours!!! Their payment system is the worst!
Don’t park here!!! It will take HOURS!!!! To get out when there is an event. And if you don’t pay with the exact amount of cash, they just print out some kind of ticket??? No change
Service is not the best but at least they could use some mobile app to accept digital tips. I didn`t have cash on me , they didn`t have Tip App , we couldn`t solve the problem.
This is the worst parking company! They install fake surveillance cameras that don’t work. The corporate team doesn’t care. We wrote them for help they all ignore you. Its owned by a father and son. They descrimate about persons with disabilities. Stay away from using this company at all means!
Scummy company. Their billing machine is 10 minutes ahead of time so be careful or they might steal from you, even if youre on time.
No signs indicating where to exit and enter while walking out It just takes a few signs to make this a better experience
Office close all the time
Horrible, the ticket machine doesn’t process credit cards and they force you to use their atm in order to pay to get out. No attendant available to assist.
