Been coming here for several years now. Two different cars, 4 jobs or so. They always do a great job and offer the best prices. They are also always quick to get the work done.
I have always had a great experience with Lee's. I trust that the company is giving me a fair price for my repairs and it's so convenient because I work around the corner from the shop. If no service is needed, then I am being told that. I have been going to them for years and will continue to do so. I am greeted by my name because I've been there often and I always receive service with a smile. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work.
I had a great experience working with Lee's. They inspected my car, helped me with the insurance process, and did a professional and thorough job fixing up the damage on my 2017 Accord. Glad to have found them!
While on a cross country road trip, I noticed that one of my headlights was out. I was able to call Lee’s Auto Clinic and they fit me in on the same day to get it fixed, and they inspected my car and changed the oil, too. I feel confident that I’ll be able to finish the road trip safely with my car! Great customer service, kind people work here, not expensive. Worth bringing your car here if you live in the Chicago area.
Noticed a gouge in my tires and them looking quite low on my Honda. Called and they were able to get me in same day. Checked the tire pressure, ensured there wasn't a leak, and refilled my air. Very friendly service, quick, and convenient to West Loop. Will be my regular auto shop now - thanks, guys! By the way, entrance is the blue door on the alley on the south side of the shop.
Great company!!!! I had rims refinished, car painted, and some engine service. Car was there a short time, service was impeccable, and staff was great and friendly. Even the ones I hadn’t met, knew who I was. Every time I called got an answer to my questions. I felt as though I was in good hands. I will be back , prices were fair. All in all the best automotive experience I’ve had. Thanks to Moe , and the staff at Mr Lee!!!
Moe and his team are amazing. Took in my 2008 Range Rover Sport for some technical issues. They were happy to do a full service on the car and alert me to some additional areas on the car that could use attention. The quote they provided was more than fair for the work I needed done and when I came back everything was fixed, on budget and without issue. I was never pressure on purchasing anything I didn’t want or need and they provided honest guidance knowing what I wanted to spend and do with my car. My car hasn’t driven better in the last 3 years. Very happy with my experience and the results. If I ever run into another issue I know where I am going. Thank you Moe and Team, keep up the great work!
This has been hands down the best auto-body & repair shop that I’ve ever dealt with!!! The work is amazing, the time frame of getting repairs done is awesome!!! They treat you like family, and all the parts they use at the best!!!! They don’t sugarcoat anything and they let you know upfront what you need and they also give expert recommendations on upgrades and modifications. Moe is the best and his team make sure that you’re 1000% happy and fully satisfied!!! You are in great hands at Lee’s Auto Clinic! Shouts out to Ben also, and all of the staff, I will always take all of my cars for repairs etc.
We’ve been using Lee’s Auto Clinic for a few years and have loved their consistent and reliable service. However, on our last service the individual who called me to report on the vehicle was disrespectful and minimizing and I was shocked. After writing a review they called to apologize and ask how they could make it right. I appreciate the earnest reply and will follow up with them.
First time coming this shop. From the receptionist answering the phone to the mechanics, they were all professional. Long story short I brought my car in to another shop before bringing here to fix my heat that wasn't working. The first shop quoted me $3200 dollars of work I didn't need trying to rip me off. Brought the car to Lee's and they fixed the issue for $300, straight forward, they found the issue quickly and fixed it same day. Super satisfied, I'm definitely going to return to this shop for future business.
