Lee's Auto Clinic

Lee’s Auto Clinic has become my home base for anything I need related to my car. I’ve never had a great experience with any of the auto bodies in Chicago until I was referred to Lee’s. I was actually driving to my hometown in Cincinnati to get standard work done on my vehicle. Moe and his team I trust fully. They really go above and beyond. The pricing is extremely fair and I know that the team here doesn’t quote me or try to oversell me on anything. In fact I normally bring my car in thinking I’m going to have to get more done or replace things and the team at Lee’s more times that not, have informed me there are fixes they can do preventing more serious work having to be done. I really appreciate them so much.

Finding a place downtown you can trust with your car can be very difficult. These guys got things done properly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Marcus and Moe are the two who helped me with my vehicle and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The shop is spotless and aesthetically pleasing, and you can tell they take pride in everything they do. Their service was impeccable and it’s clear that they care about helping people before anything else. I even tried to insist on tipping them, but they truly didn’t want to take it. They simply said that if I wanted to leave a Google review, that would be more than enough. That moment said everything about who they are. They’re amazing, genuine people who care about their work and their customers.

I knew my 2004 Honda Accord was running on just a new battery for power. Did some googling and found Lee’s Auto Clinic. I called and talked to Fernando and asked for a quote. It was reasonable for alternator swap and oil change. Couldn’t be happier. Now I don’t have to worry about my dashboard and radio turning off on the highway back to Michigan. Way to go! Thanks guys.

This place is absolutely fantastic. With the car I own, I am no stranger to auto repair shops. And I can honestly say I have never taken my car to a shop and been more satisfied than Lee’s Auto Clinic. They will go the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed. This shop isn’t in the business of charging for things you don’t need. They operate with honesty and provide quality. Highly recommend.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM with Lee's Auto Clinic. I encountered car troubles in Chicago on my way to care for my ill mother living in the northeast, and after a google search, I discovered Lee's and decided to have my SUV worked on there. After an analysis of the vehicle, they said they needed to replace the alternator, battery, and the mass air flow sensor. They said this work would take a full day so I had to pay to stay overnight in Chicago and almost $2000 for these repairs. About TWO weeks after the repairs, my SUV would not start. I had to have it towed to a repair shop where they informed me that it needed a NEW mass air flow sensor. I told them I just replaced this part in Chicago, and they said from the looks of the nails and part, it didn't even look like it had been replaced! They also informed me that it was a "no name" part, as opposed to the Hitachi part they now put in for me. I was so upset by this that I contacted Lee's right away and the owner informed me that he was sorry that I was having car troubles and we could talk about it after the weekend. Monday rolled around and he never reached out to me until I reached out to him mid-day. He said I would have to ship him the old mass air flow sensor to POTENTIALLY refund me for the part. He never told me on Friday while I was at the repair shop to hold onto the mass air flow sensor to send BACK TO HIM. I'm a 32 year old woman so to say I feel taken advantage of is an understatement and for someone who sure liked to talk about how successful he was, to not refund me for a part that didn't work nearly two weeks after being installed is terrible customer service and also displays poor character. The part was $315.52 in Chicago and the install was $100. Two weeks later, the part was $301.68 and the install was $77.50. So altogether I spent $794.70 in a TWO WEEK SPAN on a mass air flow sensor! I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone. They don't care about their customers and you will end up paying more in the long run. Lee's is AMAZING. Especially for all my ladies, this is a great place to get your car needs taken care of. I needed a part of my car to be fixed and Lee's took care of it for me and went above and beyond and even checked all my tires without me even asking. Marcus did an incredible job, explained everything, and was so willing to help. I will be getting all my future car servicing done here exclusively! Highly recommend.

Took my Benz in for a battery issue and got in and out the same day!! They did a great job and pricing was more than fair!! Will be my go to spot for mechanic work and services! Thank youuu! :)
