Really great auto shop--knowledgable, kind, and super helpful. We went to them because they were nearby to where our problem occurred and we needed immediate help. Now they will become our go-to auto shop. They are terrific.
5-6 months ago I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for a clicking noise I was hearing when coming to a stop. After a couple hours they called me and told me it was just a loose something or other. Said they tightened it up, it was ready for pickup, and it’d be no charge. This was my first time here and I know very little about cars. They could’ve told me anything but they are honest here. Overwhelmed with gratitude I tipped $100 to buy the staff lunch. Good people I’ll be bringing my cars here exclusively.
While the outside, and even the inside is clearly dated with maybe a bit of hoarding of old parts, I very much enjoyed its location, cost, and turn around time. They work on all ranges of cars from low end to high end. my jeep liberty was promptly given a new starter that had died on me just 2 blocks away. dropped at 4pm, ready at 10am the next day. price was reasonable, I know a starter for my vehicle is 250$ and the labor was 2-3 hours of time. ~ 600 total. when I picked it up, I took note that they cleaned the battery contacts and terminals, something my previous repair failed to do even though I asked. A big plus to me. Thank you lee's auto, I will definitely be back.
We could not have had better luck than finding Lee's after our catalytic converter was cut out in a parking lot in south loop overnight. In the morning we heard the loud muffler sound, and could barely drive, so had to find somewhere close, which was Lee's. Marcus, at the desk, was not only knowledgeable and experienced, but kind and empathetic. He managed a stubborn insurance situation for us, with multiple followups. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a perfectly manageable one. A big thank you from our family.
Overall had an amazing experience in to get my new tires installed that I had delivered there. Murad was awesome after getting to sit down and talk to him we had a great conversation as well as the rest of the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and the alignment feels great on the new set. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go back for my future car needs.
Had a great experience here, I took my car in to get my front license plate mounted and they got it done quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for any future car issues!

I’ve been to Lee’s Auto Clinic a couple of times now, and they’re the real deal. These guys know their stuff, and they don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs, which is a huge plus. I went in for an oil change and a brake inspection, and the work was done quick—about $75 for both. They’re always super straightforward with the pricing and timing, and they’ll let you know if something is urgent or can wait. The customer service is on point too—friendly and professional. Definitely found my go-to spot for auto repairs in the area!
