They are the best! If you they don't have it they work very hard to get it! And can fix anything. I recommend them. I come from the suburbs for all my services from Lee's Auto Clinic.
I need to understand how people have a schedule and they Don't follow. I called 23 minutes before their closing time to ask if they were open until 7? The man said yeah, we close at 7pm. when I arrived at 6:44 because I was not far, he said he couldn't service me!!!! I just needed at tire fixed. Please be careful where you take your business. These workers are more un a hurry to get out of work than to do their job. Smh and the sad part is that their logo outside show Goodyear.
I am new to this area so I thought I will support a local business. I amde 3 appointments to bring my BMW for an annual service and every time I had a confirmed time to bring the car and was promised they will work on right away. And every time they told me that they are fully booked and can not do the service. The only answer I got was"I'm sorry". Well, I'm sorry too and you won't get a new customer and I'm going back to my trusted BMW dealer
Worst experience you’ll have. They sold themselves as trusting, but if there is miscommunications, they call you “a liar” and don’t mind holding your car hostage to charge whatever. Had to pay for towing after they told us to come and they were on lunch so told us to come back. Joe Lee in particular is disrespectful and can’t own up to his mistakes. Don’t trust this place.
Pulled in with a flat tire, they had it jacked up in a few minutes and spotted 2 nails. Plugged the holes, checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires, and I was off. Super quick, super friendly and a very fair price!
Would give them 6 stars if I could. Had a stripped bolt on a motorcycle that needed out and they did it for FREE. Super kind guys.

Great service and value. I've brought my Mercedes and two Audis to Lee's. Most recently had to have the bumper fixed and they were able to repair it looking brand new as opposed to every other shop wanting to replace.
I stopped in to get my tire checked for a slow leak. They wanted $25 to check. Checked the tire, & I had a small hole in the side wall, which couldn't be repaired. They didn't have any used tires & a new tire would cost $100. So we used my spare. I also asked if they could check the tire pressure. Who appeared to be the owner, was nice enough to escort me out. As I was driving, my van began to shake & knock very loudly. I pulled over to discover that the lugs were hand tightened and the wheel could've flew off. I had already traveled on the expressway. Went to another tire shop & they said the remaining tire's pressure was low. So thankful that I didn't have an accident. They were careless & unattentive.
Went in for an oil change and new front brakes here due to the convenient location from my office. Was told I needed 2k in repairs. They even insisted the perfectly fine wipers I had replaced 3 mos. earlier were no good. When I declined, they tried to knock the price down a bit because "it was so badly needed." Took my car to my regular mechanic who showed me most of what they claimed needed to be fixed was untrue (1 tire rod needed replacing, not 4.) I saved $1,500 by going to my trusted mechanic. So, go here if you like getting ripped off.
