We recently closed with Black, Slaughter & Black at the Charlotte location and had a wonderful experience. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional. There was a small logistic issue that came up right before closing and Joe Thompson along with his team worked very quickly to resolve. Terrible communication. Worthless for anything real estate related.
In response to that incorrect review. I have Requested a statement twice and no statement was provided. I have also not gotten a voicemail from this agency, but even if you did try to respond to me in a timely manner, that absolutely does not excuse unprofessionalism and rudeness. Everyone who answers the phone, if they even answer, is rude and unprofessional. I was told that I owe them money but no statements were sent out and I requested a statement of 4 different times, nothing was mailed or emailed as I requested.
Great firm. Had a smooth Sba loan closing. Jason Pruett was very knowlegable and easy to work with. He works out of the Wilmington NC law office. Please contact him for your next commercial real estate closing.
