Worst customer service EVER!!!! Called to make a payment and the girl answering the phone was so rude. I called back because no one answered after she transferred me and she hung up on me. Would NEVER recommend this place.

I've worked with BSB as the closing agent for new construction home purchases for buyers that I've represented. They are communicative and easy to work with and make the closing process feel seamless.
Harmony Taylor is representing my HOA in a matter. She continues to be neglectful in my request for a reasonable accommodation, even after the final determination was made. Throughout this entire ordeal, she harassed, humiliated and bullied me because I am a person with disabilities. Zero professionalism or knowledge on basic laws.
The Attorney in Charlotte Mr. Black is taking our HOA for a financial ride and is practicing illegal activities in cohorts with our management company. It's disgusting to watch for even a minute! Shame on you all!
These people are currently charging me insane prices in legal fees, yet never call anyone back regarding charges for nonsense HOA infractions. Before you reply with some tone deaf blanket response, save the effort, sit, and spin.
David Wilson worked intensively and at length with our HOA in Landrum, SC, to amend, revise and record our Covenants and Bylaws with the County of Spartanburg. The makeup of our community diverges significantly from that of a traditional HOA and required an approach specifically tailored to our unique situation. Mr. Wilson rose to the challenge admirably, with professionalism, understanding, and good-natured persistence. We deeply appreciated his insight and guidance, particularly with regard to a complicated issue regarding division of common property. He clearly understood the parameters of a complicated setup and was able to offer us a workable arrangement that satisfied a diverse group of homeowners, by no means an easy task. Mr. Wilson is informed, patient, insightful, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him without reservations.
