I can't even contact them on the phone number. It's disconnected. Very hard to sign up with. Nothing is very intuitive and the process to sign up takes forever. It's not wonder schools can't find subs.

In my year of working with them. It has been an extremely poor experience. Very disorganized, rude, and slow to respond. Not only have had issues from my rep but also in calls trying to fill positions. I was looking forward to working with the school I grew up attending. It’s unfortunate that they work through TOC.

Teachers on call makes you feel very professional in how they assist in job assignments and extra trainings. I also like the flexibility within the website to be able to choose which assignments I would like.

Not sure why Teachers On Call Is rated so low. I've been very satisfied working with TOC. I've been with them for 3 years and I will continue to work with them.

I had an efficient and streamlined experience getting set up to become an occasional sub. I have found the trainings to be particularly helpful and high quality. Hope to be able to continue working once things open back up.

I've been a substitute teacher through Teachers On Call for 2 years now and I appreciate how easy it is to use their system and how responsive the company is when you have a question!

I've had a really good experience so far with this company no surprises. Online booking system could use a revamp but they make up for it with an exceptional in house service team!

They’re super friendly and helpful! I had a weird and odd situation and they figured it out for me in less than a day! The onboarding and sub management team were amazing!

I had to go to this location for fingerprinting and was very impressed. I was able to get through to a live person and talk about the hours, and then went to get it done. It was so smooth and slick and everyone was so friendly!

Wow, they discriminated against me, I'm sure of that. I'm not sure for WHAT? I applied and I have amazing credentials as well as experience. I am a mature candidate but I'm quite capable. However I am also quite new to Minnesota too. Usually I'm not rejected and since I have skills some don't have, I'm usually welcomed in almost every state I've subbed in (but not all). I am rather low tech personally right now though due to lack of employment and age discrimination. I have not been treated well in the area I live in by employers, either. My area is closed minded, not progressing, and not growing either. I'm not treated well and need to move on. Anyway I tried Kelly Education and I'm not sure what the problem was, except I am pretty sure it was discriminatory because I usually pass Subbing qualifications with flying colors. I didn't think she was giving me the right links or emails to start with. Later, I spoke directly to the DOE and I won't say who told me, but I was told Kelly Education was "nasty". Those words. I was highly advised to avoid it. So I will. I'm extremely capable and love what I do. Somebody else will be happy to have me. This area is notorious for demanding "perfect" people, maybe the ones related to each other (wouldn't surprise me). I'm not perfect, but I am pretty good when I'm allowed to be.
