Julian just delivered my much expected Milwaukee Tool Box. He had excellent customer service. Very patient too. This guy was truely and by far the nicest and most helpfull delivery man I've ever delivered to my home. Thanks Julian.
I am very happy with the service we received from Anton Wright and his team. We weren’t home for the delivery and without being asked, they carried and over 500 pound toolbox all the way to our garage door which was down a long steep driveway. That was definitely not expected but so so very much appreciated!!
Oraine was clear and concise when he called to let me know why my delivery was delayed. Where I live there are two entrances and Google maps only showed the most popular. Unfortunately that entrance does not allow for vehicles that are over a certain height and therefore the delivery could not be made last week. He tried calling me but I was unavailable. Today when he called I met him at the entrance and he helped me load the delivery into my truck and even offered to help me unload it at my home. He conducted himself professionally and would definitely do business with his company in the future.
Update: i never received my item. 12/22/22..!!!! They came but didn't drop off anything. We took off 4 hours of work = $200, and still don't have what I ordered and paid for on 11/17/22. Tracking said it would be here on 12/02/22. Well, it's 12/05/22 and still do Not have my item. We paid an additional $115 for white glove delivery, and we never got anything. When I tracked it today, it says out for delivery on 12/02/22, which was 3 days ago. Now I have to get the Better Business Bureo involved. Definitely don't use this place for anything! We are out $985 for the item $115 for white glove delivery and $200 of missed work as it never came, and ill lose another $200 of work for whenever they say it's coming, as they continue to ignore our messages.
Purchased from Home Depot. I was extremely lucky to have Julian as my driver! My package was 2 weeks early and he helped me rearrange my garage mess to have my new vanity fit safe and sound in my garage! They don't make them like him anymore. Thank you soooo much Julian for your compassion and help! Don't let him go JW Logistics!
