Omar delivered to us a large package from Home Depot. He was very courteous and helpful. He asked where I wanted the large item placed in the garage and made sure it was secure before he left.
Horrible communication. They canceled my delivery day off, then rescheduled without asking my availability. I wasn’t able to be home for the new time so I reached out asking for other options. They purely said “We don’t deliver weekends so it will have to be Monday.” I asked what the window options were, what other days were available and was completely ignored. I tried calling and had to leave voicemails. They didn’t bother to tell the driver I couldn’t accept and so he tried to deliver. I still don’t have my vanity, Home Depot hasn’t been any help, and I can’t get anyone to give me definitive information. At this point I am furious and concerned that if I receive my vanity at all, that it will be damaged from being loaded on and off a truck multiple days in a row.
I purchased a workbench from Home Depot for my wife to use in her craft room recently and when it was delivered by JW Logistics, I couldn't have been happier. The shipping box was in pristine condition with nary a dent, scratch or blemish. Amazing. The driver placed it next to my garage, took a picture of the box, thanked me, and went on his merry way. The service was great. Thanks Home Depot and JW Logistics.

Julian delivered a large and heavy vanity counter top to me and the whole process was seamless! The counter arrived undamaged and he even got it up a flight of stairs for me! Highly recommend.
Draine (the Delivery and Driver) was very courteous and polite, he was also very careful with the item that I had delivered. he offered to wait for me to unpack the item and dispose of the cardboard for me. very pleasant experience.

If you are a carrier do not waste your time and money working for this company. They expect you to do their routes on a timely manner but yet they fail to pay like agreed. When you try to get information on your invoices they always have an excuse on why you have not been paid, either due to employee turnover or incorrect rates but there is always an excuse. If you are just starting out on the freight business this is the worst company to start with. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Just trying to look out for future carriers.
