Just got my tub from a Home Depot order delivered, driver Omar was very friendly and helpful.
Driver Julian just delivered for a Home Depot order. Very courteous and maintained social distancing and wore a mask.
Omar (delivery and driver) was professional, courteous and on time. Great communication and professionalism.
Julian was professional and efficient on May 4 delivery Omar was also professional and helpful on May 5 delivery.
Omar was great. Received my items as expected and they were brought into my home as requested.

Julian was very personable and accommodating when delivering my grill. He wheeled it into my backyard and saved my the struggle of moving it myself.
Received my shipment today and the driver Omar was very courteous and place my shipment in a shaded area to ensure it does not get to hot.
Omar was quick, efficient and friendly. He sent a text when he was on his way. We were very pleased with the delivery.
If you are an owner operator truck driver I wouldn’t work with JW Logistics as they don’t pay carriers. I have contacted them several times and they will not allow me to speak with a manager. I have emailed their finance team and no response from them. They owe $3300. Be careful!
