We had a great experience with Integrity Energy Systems. From Taylor who came to develop the original bid to Ronnie and Roman who did the bulk of the demo and installation work as well as Joel who did the electrical work. Great team and fast, clean, efficient work and communication.
We had to replace our furnace/heat pump recently and are very pleased we used Integrity Energy Systems! Gregg did a fantastic job recommending the appropriate system for our home and fixing the flaws with our previous install/system. Hakimi and Roman meticulously performed the installation to make sure everything was done properly. We are very happy with our new system and highly recommend using Integrity!

Integrity Energy Systems has been a reliable, uber-competent company from the day they showed up in April 2021 to analyze our previous heating system breakdown, propose an HVAC alternative replacement and install it in June 2021. Our total electrical bill fell by more than 1/3, year round, year over year, and we’re far more evenly, predictably warm while gaining air conditioning when we need it. We don’t hesitate to recommend them.
We first got a recommendation from someone who highly recommended Integrity Energy Systems, which was a big plus for us. We had an excellent experience with them for our furnace replacement. Hakimi and Liam did an outstanding job with the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. Gregg, the system designer, was also great from the initial consultation to the detailed quote and patiently answering all of our questions. The entire team, including the admin staff, was very professional and patient. This was a big purchase for us and we truly appreciated how the team took the time to understand where we were coming from, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. We felt confident and supported every step of the way and highly recommend Integrity Energy Systems.
We had our first annual maintenance of our air conditioner, and also had our furnace system checked out. Marcus did our service, and he was great. He was very thorough and professional. I really liked how he took the time to explain clearly what all that he did, why that was important, and the results of his inspections.
Our older heat pump stopped working in the early morning hours, and Integrity Energy Systems was recommended by the heat pump manufacturer's website. Scheduling was easy, communication via text was seamless, and our technician Marcus was sharp, polite, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem correctly, returned promptly once parts arrived, and made some non-obvious settings adjustments to get everything back to normal. He even helped us think through a plan for the unit's future. Great experience start to finish.
Aaron Barrie, Aaron Lyons, Joel Hyde and Liam Henderson were the technicians that installed my heat pump, tankless water heater and furnace. They were extremely helpful and details. Walked me through the whole process and making sure that everything was good before they closed out the job. Joolie has been extremely supportive from beginning to end. Scheduling, coordinating, explaining the payment methods… excellent communication and customer service skills. My furnace later found malfunction and I contacted IES, they immediately sent out their technician Marcus Meredith to come inspect and analyze the issue. He was quick to find out issue and ordered me a replacement part right away. They also schedule the repair date asap even though it’s a holiday season…. Super grateful with this company.
