We were referred to Integrity by a friend who is an engineer. Extremely reliable and competent; they live up to their name in quality and efficiency of customer service and understand customers' needs. Outstanding preventive maintenance strategy to minimize long-term cost and maximize equipment performance. Responsive when service is needed. They stand solidly behind the products they sell. This year we have appreciated the good work of Aaron, Max, and Bailey in successfully installing our new heat pump and synching it with our old furnace, of Taylor Morrison in selecting and creatively financing the new heat pump purchase, and of Marcus Meredith in doing and explaining his thorough inspection of our HVAC equipment and quickly installing a new inducer pump. Vadzim Dubianets has been helpful and responsive on several repairs needed earlier this year.
My home heating hydronic system had been pumping hot water throughout my home for as long as I’ve lived here - 4 years. In the summer the house was extremely hot. A number of people had looked at the system with no suggestions. When Josh Ogle from Integrity Energy Systems came out to address another issue, he showed me how to mitigate the extra heat and my home is now far more comfortable. I am so happy! If you ever have any issue with a hydronic system call Integrity and ask for Josh. He is the man!

We have had a very favorable experience working with Integrity Energy Services. The existing HVAC system at our house needed attention that included relocation of a key piece of equipment, and fabrication of parts for improving functional utility. There were a lot of factors to consider. Admin did a great job scheduling the various individuals needed at the site. The technical staff demonstrated considerable expertise and took care of their tasks as a well coordinated team. A long day but a job well done.

Integrity Energy Systems replaced my tankless water heater. I’m very pleased with the price, the timeliness, and the quality of the work. The technician was very efficient and friendly and helpful with explaining the workings of the system.
We worked with Integrity Heating on a new radiant heat system for our first floor. The project ended up being rather tedious due to some unforeseen complications but Aaron & Bailey, who led the installation, maintained a great attitude throughout. They were communicative, professional, and hard working throughout the entire project.
Excellent Customer Service: An endangered species! We needed a service call for our gas-fired fireplace. But calls to several businesses produced no results: ‘ We didn’t sell it to you’; or ‘not making house calls due to covid-19’; or ‘next month ok?’; etc. Finally we reached Integrity Energy Systems who could come in a week! But on the day of our appointment, their service tech called in sick. Rather than rescheduling, Integrity diverted another tech, who was enroute to a different appointment, to our home. After quickly fixing our issue, he said there would be no charge since he was going to be nearby anyway! Now that’s customer service! We will definitely will use their services in the future, and can recommend them highly.
I got quotes from three companies to install mini split air conditioning in my townhome. Integrity Energy Systems gave me the best price on their first offer. They were also the most attentive to my needs and offered the best design of the system out of all the contractors. I'm in my first summer using the system now and everything works perfectly. Special shout out to Josh for designing and coordinating the install, and to Aaron and Haikimi who performed the install and were very efficient and professional.
