I have been using Integrity now for a couple of years. Originally I had them install a tankless water system in my detached cottage. I recently had them service my boiler system and install a new air conditioner. I can't emphasize enough how professional and customer focused they are. Every team member I have worked with have been amazing. Most recently I wanted to mention Arron, Billy, and Joe. Arron and Billy replaced my AC unit and Joe did an amazing job on my boiler system. I've worked with many different contractors and I can without any reservation recommend these guys. Honest, professional, with attention to detail. Update 9/27/23. I recently had my boiler system go down (no hot water and no radiant heat). I called Integrity and they prioritized my situation. A new boiler system was installed up and running within 3 days and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The installation team (Erin and Roman) did a great job. They were very respectful of our property and we are very satisfied with the service. As I stated previously, I am very impressed with how responsive this company is and will continue to refer business to them. Great team!
My wife and I had Integrity Energy Systems install a new furnace, AC and a new indoor fireplace back in the fall of 2017 during a major home remodel. These installations were all done very professionally, and have all worked well over the last 7 years. Integrity has performed the yearly maintenance on all this equipment, so, last year (2024), we decided to ask Integrity to replace our 18 year old Tankless water heater with a new Navien Tankless water heater. We were so happy with their work on that project, we decided to ask if Integrity could update our old 100 amp electrical service panel to a new 200 amp service panel and also install a new Electric Car charger. While we have been impressed with each of the technicians from Integrity, their Lead Electrician, Joel, was especially exceptional. The very experienced Seattle City Light Inspector reviewing Joel's work, commented to me that this was one of the best 200 amp electrical installations he has ever seen. All the people who have installed and maintained our equipment have done excellent work. They come when they say they will, they communicate well (Thank you Kelly!), they are friendly and we feel we’ve had consistent high quality service over the years. We are happy to recommend Integrity Energy Systems to anyone looking to add a new major update to their home. Special thank you to Joel, Adam, Akimi, Joe, Kelly, Jason and Taylor.

Integrity technician Marcus was professional, knowledgeable and cost conscious. He was able to provide affordable thermostat options another Furnace repair company did not offer. He also reassured me that although our furnace is getting old, it is functioning safely and properly whereas another Furnace repair company said it needed to be replaced right away. I highly recommend Integrity!
The heat pump system has only been in use a few days. The group of workers were nice young men. Very concerned about pleasing us. I can't speak to the reliability of the heating system. It is too new.
