It’s been three weeks since we had Integrity Energy Systems replace our 15 year old A/C unit with a new Bosch heat pump, and we could not be happier with our entire experience. The heat pump is outperforming our A/C unit. From the first phone call to the installation to the clean up, Taylor went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and was a real pleasure to work with. He was professional, responsive, and always on time. This company definitely lives up to its name. I would highly recommend this company!

All the folks at Integrity were awesome to work with. They know what they are doing. They are thoughtful and creative when installing and figuring out solutions to unforeseen challenges. We love our heat pump and are thrilled to have a/c as well. The air filters help a lot when the fire smoke comes in during the summer. And their office staff were kind, responsive, and super helpful with all questions. I recommend them whenever I can.

Marcus was good: he knew how to diagnose the problem with our in floor heating system and figured out what the problem was.

Over past 7 years of owning this home, we have had a great experience with Integrity’s preventive maintenance program covering the gas tankless hot water heater and gas central hvac. Not inexpensive but trustworthy. Do wish their leads would not change over every 2-3 years, but they’ve been great so far.

Taylor and his technicians did a great job problem solving my A/C / blown thermostat issue! They were responsive coming to my house after hours 2 evenings in a row, to fit my schedule. Instead of just selling me a new thermostat and calling it good. They actually looked at my whole system and determined that my A/C unit was not properly wired in to begin with (Different Company did the install). With the proper diagnosis and recommendation on how they would re-wire the issue that fried my thermostat to begin with, they solved the problem. They also reminded me of the yearly maintenance that I should be doing, and when I should be changing my filters! All in all, a great Experience, very knowledgeable and I highly Recommend!!

I had 4 gas fireplaces in my home receive services from Integrity. When I made the appointment, I made it very clear that 3 of the 4 where not working, they even asked me the make and model numbers so that they could throw in parts in case something needed to be fixed. I guess Integrity Energy Systems considered this a maintenance visit and not a diagnostic/"fix it" visit? I was never told a price up front for the cost of the services ($279/fireplace with the 4 fireplaces costing over $1200 with tax). When told the final price my jaw nearly hit the floor, there were no parts being installed - nothing extra besides a cleaning and a system check. To reiterate a "maintenance" is just a cleaning and system check. On one of fireplaces, before the technician (who was a really good person and easy to work with) left, I told him the pilot light went out. The technician stated that he would have someone contact me regarding getting that fixed (remember, I call Integrity to have the fireplaces "fixed" in the first place, not to get maintained), because it was already after 6pm. Now Integrity Energy Systems wants to charge an additional $400+ to come back out fix the pilot light. A game of bait and switch? Highway robbery? In my opinion, there are less expensive options to have this kind of work done and other businesses that have more INTEGRITY that you should hire to get your work completed. The Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. In my case; Integrity Energy Systems, didn't have much of their namesake when getting the work done that I needed. Find a different fireplace repair/maintenance company to do work with!

I needed someone to service my gas fireplace. Robert was assigned the job and I couldn't have been more happy. He was very nice to chat with and he thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues we were having. He came out twice- the first time he attempted to clean the ignition valve to get it to start. Though his persistence, unfortunately the fireplace guts were too old to to salvage. He scheduled a follow up appointment with the needed replacement parts. I would be out of town for his second visit, but he coordinated with my realtor for access to the unit. He personally called me to let me know when the job was done and even cleaned up the frosted over fireplace glass. All in all we were very happy with Robert's professionalism, kindness, and results. Would recommend to anyone.

Made an emergency call earlier this week when our a/c went out during this hot spell. Was so surprised that someone actually answered the phone, took my message, and I was promptly called back at 9:00 the next morning. Was then given an appointment that same day and Josh and Richard actually showed up early. Repair was made, price was exactly what I was quoted and your guys were the best. So good to see that your employees stay on - shows the sign of a good employer, as Josh actually installed our a/c years ago. Richard will be a great new addition to your team too.

UPDATE FROM 8/11/23 - WE continue to have amazing experiences with Integrity. This time we had a mini-split break (not installed by them) and they got someone out in less than 48 hours to resolve the issue. Huge kudos to the team. We had an incredible experience with Robert. He worked tirelessly over a few weeks to diagnose a complex HVAC/Hot Water System problem with our hot water. It took multiple trips and multiple tries but the entire time he was communicative, innovative, humble, and helpful. It was a super challenging time for us and Robert made it about as easy as a bad situation can be. Also Integrity did all the right things around cost. I'm incredibly thankful and grateful for the work Robert and the team at Integrity did. Highly recommend them to anyone with complex HVAC /Water problems.

I had to replace a furnace in a hurry and Taylor was amazing to work with from start to finish. He provided a very fair proposal, with an alternate that he thought would benefit my situation, without upselling me anything I didn’t need. Carson, the installer, was very polite and responsive throughout. He also left the work area spotless, which I very much appreciated. Everything was easy and I was able to pay with a credit card. I highly recommend. I had a great experience.
