I’d give a big fat zero, if I could. Extremely rude and condescending staff...if you don’t look a certain way. I wish we would’ve just left without buying anything, but went ahead with purchasing some items, as not to have to go into any other stores since we were tired...

They don't accept returns on adult items. That's right, the ADULT STORE doesn't accept returns on ADULT ITEMS even if the item is completely sealed, unopened, and a receipt is present. Choose wisely.
