I needed a specific costume for a party, and the only 1 they had left was on the mannequin in the window. They pulled all the employees together that weren't with other customers to take it off the mannequin and back in the original packaging. They were wonderful!

Great selection and a staff that actually wants to help you find the product you are looking for. Great products, wide selection, good pricing. Awesome place to spend an hour or more just looking.

I'm assuming distribution has been low for a lot of retailers like this, some of the shelves were pretty sparse but I guess that's done for a loss prevention reason to be able to see all the way across the store when it looks like there's only one employee working. It would have been nice to have somebody approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, I know this industry Shoppers tend to be solo, but I was looking for something specifically.

Yoooo ask for Madison because she knows it all! Super clean, well stocked, comfortable space. Totally digged the atmosphere and selection. Which was outstanding by the way! Ecery price range for everything I was looking for. Will definitely visit again.

I will never go back to the store after the way this one sales associate treated me. She was all helpful until she thought she wasn't going to make a sale and then she decided she didn't hear me talk anymore or even see me needing assistance. Everything in this store is expensive, so why would I go in if I didn't have money to spend. Tasha was the rudest sales associate I have ever encountered and I do modeling so I'm in the store frequently. The front desk clerk, an older woman, also had quite the attitude. Considering I even told them it was my birthday and they couldn't even be polite then, I don't recommend this store to anyone. Go to the adult video Megaplex instead. And if it's lingerie you are after, go to Victoria's Secret or Frederick's of Hollywood.
