I was completely blown away. This store changes the game. From the way it is laid out, to entice your interest and perusal ability. You feel you are in the right place, not hiding in the back corner of a sometimes questionable establishment. The staff here is a game changer as well. The store is always clean and well lit. The staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very professional. They provide military and dancer discounts and have a reward program. Tikira(I hope I spelled that right), helped us today and was very relatable and helpful. Shirley checked us out and has always been present when we visit. I believe she is a manager. I always learn something new from her when we visit. All the gold stars go out to them!

Really nice store with a wider variety of sexy clothing which is better than a lot other stores. However, what took the spotlight was the customer service. The lady that attended me was eager about helping me find anything I needed and wasn’t the least amount critical or judgmental about the things I was asking about. Will surely come back here from now on.

I recently visited I-10 location, and had an amazing experience! Jenna was more than helpful and a joy to talk with! The manager, whose name I believe was Sean, but I could be mistaken was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase! Amazing customer service, which let’s face it, is a dying art!

Very well kept store even for such a busy opening weekend. Usually don't feel comfortable asking for help so when Rafael (made sure to find out his name ) came around I guess it showed I wanted advice and he made it very easy and have me lots of suggestions. All the staff was very excited to be there even though it was busy. The suggestions that guy Rafael made were on point and he knew the products well. Thanks for finally bringing on of these to town!

Just stopped by with my husband on the way to the beach and the store was empty. Had all four employees ask us every 2 minutes if we needed help and each time they asked, their eyes were on our hands. First off, I don’t need help choosing my sex toys, I don’t know who does. Secondly, I understand the area you live in is crime ridden, but don’t assume every customer is in to fill their purse. It’s rude.

Love this place!! I don't feel seedy in other stores until I went here this place is in a class of it's own. Selection of toys, all vibrators have a display model to "test" ,lighting is bright and inviting, the staff coming to ask what I was looking for a need any help at first was a little I can't say odd because it was polite but it was not commen to other stores. My initial reaction was like no get the F away let me be freaky by myself, mind your own business butt they are so comforting as a sales staff that I did open up and got great advice from store. Last thing I will say sex education is I think lacking in today's society but at the store they have sex classes

Last night I showed up needing an emergency pair of high heels for my wife who was at an event and couldn't come herself. Their policy is all shoe sales are final but the manager heard my predicament and said that if the size I got was the wrong size if I brought them back promptly she would take care of me. I gave her the size, picked out a heel and the manager CORRECTLY explained that this particular brand ran small so she adjusted the size appropriately. Got the shoes back to my wife and they fit like a dream. Knowledgeable about their products and willing to take care of their customers. That's an invaluable asset in customer service. They earned a customer for life last night.
