HUSTLER® Hollywood

The store was a lot bigger than it looks. They have a huge variety of items and brands. The employees were extremely nice and offered assistance if I needed it. The prices were reasonable and lower than most of the places I've been to or seen online. And even though they carry a huge inventory it is all organized in a way that isn't overwhelming or chaotic. My absolute favorite part was the fact that they had all of the enhancement items out on the floor in a case so you can actually read them and be able to pick the one you want. Great environment and I would definitely recommend to everyone and suggest checking them out.

The employees seem to not like their job. They always look stressed and like they don't want to be bothered. I came in last night, four employees, and I was never greeted by anyone. I was in there about twenty minutes, nobody came and asked if I needed help. Funny cause last time I came they followed me around like I was going to steal. I stood in front of the shoes about ten minutes waiting to be assisted, still nobody came. This is a small store and definitely not hard to spot someone who needs assistance. When I finally found an employee to help me he looked like he was going to die because he had to help a customer. This store customer service sucks and I won't be returning!

Great selection of styles and sizes. The worker ensured everything worked and showed me to make sure I wanted it. She also told me about a warranty, so I'm really happy about that. So easy to spend money in there!

Came here and got greeted by a young lady in red hair. She was absolutely a delight, very friendly and kind and willing to answer any question without making me or my partner uncomfortable. Asked about gummies, toys, and sizes of lingerie and she was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back!

This was my first visit to this location. This place is awesome. I was able to find products quickly. This shop is adequately spacious to easily find products from oils to lingerie. If you need any recommendations, the staff there are knowledgeable to help you out with any questions you may have about their products. I did search online for my products, but I didn't want to wait for a shipment. I visited the location, and I was able to find my intended items in minutes. I probably stayed in the store for about 7 minutes looking around at many different products. I plan on visiting the store again.

I love this store, it's brightly lit, clean and spacious. I haven't ever gotten a creepy vibe there. On this trip I had a question and the associate was familiar with the product and directed me to the right items immediately. I like that they always ask before putting my purchases in a Hustler labeled bag.

I love Hustler Hollywood! Every time I've gone in they are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable. They have a great selection of clothing, lingerie, and entertainer outfits that are just beautiful. They also have a good selection of shoes! They have their toys and similar items separate in the back, and its organized very nicely by item and needs. I only wish the store was a little bigger so they could put more things, but as it is, it's pretty big and the selection is better than a lot of other similar shops in SA. Pricing is affordable and it's easy to get to off the access road.

Horrible experience, we went to look at a specific item of clothing. My wife wanted to try it on real quick and then purchase it. One lady said sure no problem and an older lady chimed with attitude and said " no the dressing rooms are closed. We close in 8 minutes." I said but your not closed then she says well the dressing rooms close 15 minutes before closing. Another employee looked at her like what are you talking about. I checked my phone and it was actually just turn 14 minutes before close. So when conversation was started it was before her rule of 15 minutes before close. I brought this to her attention and she still said no. I asked how do you expect us to buy something without trying it on. She says you don't have to buy anything from here at all. I said yep you're right and that we will never be back. Spend your money elsewhere or fire the old bitter lady that isn't good with customer service or care about selling items at a shop. Wow over 3 weeks and no response from the manager or owner

I absolutely LOVE it here! Have a lot of selections to choose from such as clothing, lingerie, games, and toys. The staff there is very welcoming and helpful. I always talk to one of the ladies, Shirley and she’s always a huge help. I highly recommend this place to all couples and singles. Great place and very clean as well! They’re also offering curbside pickups during this time.

This is a really cute store! When I walked in I was able to look around for a bit without the staff bombarding me with questions. Shortly after walking around Garrett greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. He was very sweet and personable and had a welcoming attitude. He was not pushy and left the ball in my court if I had any questions. I then met Celeste who was really outgoing and very informative. She was able to balance the crowds needs while still giving everyone her attention and answered any questions we might have had. She did demos on products and seemed to be really comfortable with talking about products. Overall you could tell she was passionate about her job. I was overwhelmed with all the choices but she was never frustrated with me. Instead of rushing me she used the opportunity to get to know me as a customer. I will say some of the stuff at this store is more pricey than other stores I've been to but I didn't mind because of the great customer experience and overall I was satisfied with my purchase. Celeste and Garrett worked together to get me checked out and I got $10 off my purchase. Celeste welcomed me back to the store in the future by signing me up for the free membership, thanked me, and told me thanks for hanging out with them today which I thought was unusual for a store but in a good way. I really did feel that comfortable and there was quite a few people there when I went. Overall 5 star experience! Keep up the great work Celeste and Garrett!
