Awful customer service. The manager was derrogatory, unhelpful, and uninformed. And didn't seem to care to want to be helpful. Not the place to come if you're looking for any level of customer service.
Rude staff! If you don’t take all you need on your first trip to the fitting room, they won’t let you take any more. Not even if the fitting room is empty. This people do not understand that customers are what keep them in business. Absolutely horrendous service.

I love this store they have the cutest kid clothes I love shopping here for my 2 year old daughter. I wish they had better sales tho.
This location was bigger and had more variety than some of the other H & M stores I went to. Place was crowded when I went but line moved at a decent pace.
They were so rude. They said they closed at 5:00 I walked in at 4:55 already knowing what I want. Every employee were attacking me on how they was finna close like I didn’t know. Overall If there was an option to give them 0 stars I would.
The associate (Khaliah) was very helpful and friendly. She made sure my transaction went smoothly and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
Organized store and friendly staff. They even pointed me to items that were on sale. It’s worth the drive out to this location.
Very clean and organized . Received a lot of assistance while I was there. Great customer service. I definitely wish H&M had more sales though lol
